本文第一步首先对卡斯马公司现阶段供应商管理中的实际的操作方法进行
了系统的介绍,然后结合卡斯马目前所处的工厂成长发展初期这么一个特殊时
期,得出了卡斯马公司应该在在供应商开发的问题上进行优化和提高。然后,
针对卡斯马公司在供应商管理方面存在的问题,建立了卡斯马公司供应商开发
评价指标体系。再次,运用定性的方法和定量的方法相结合以及理论和实践相
结合的方法,构建了基于卡斯马公司的利用离散型 Hopfield 神经网络的供应商
选择评价模型。将卡斯马供应商等级评价指标的矩阵作为 Hopfield 神经网络的
输入输入数据,经过若干次的人工神经网络学习运算和仿真,利用最终的离散
型神经网络的仿真结果,把供应商从优到劣进行排列,从中选择出最适合卡斯
马企业发展的供应商。
本文的研究成果,把卡斯马公司供应商开发体系进行了进一步的优化,使
得它更适应现阶段公司发展阶段,使得卡斯马公司能以更科学的方式,更加公

Research on Optimization of Cosma Suppliers Development
In today's era of globalization, automobile manufacturing enterprises choose
outsourcing the non core process, adopt outsourcing form for most raw materials,
spare parts, so the achievements of the large number of enterprises in the automobile
parts industry, but auto parts car downstream is automobile manufacturing factory, it
is the upstream suppliers of raw materials (such as iron and steel industry, petroleum
the chemical industry) then hand car manufacturers face fierce market competition
and consumer demanding requirements, certainly from their suppliers on the efforts,
reduce your cost of materials, to cope with competition. On the other hand, these
raw material suppliers are faced with the ore depletion of resources, mining costs
increase, also in the price increase constantly. The last parts enterprises under
considerable pressure, make it have to re-examine the supplier management to
reduce costs and increase profits. But the present situation of supplier management
in the domestic parts enterprises is not optimistic, there are still a lot of problems.
In this paper, the first step on the actual Casma company at the present stage of
supplier management in the operation of the method is introduced, and then
combined with Casma to the present position of plant growth early stage of the
development of such a special time, obtained the Casma company should optimize
and improve in the supplier selection problem. Then, to the actual situation of
supplier selection and evaluation of relevant literature and the production and
operation of enterprises after the comparison, in light of the existing management in
supply Casma's problem, establishes an index system of supplier evaluation of
Casma company. Again, using the method of qualitative and quantitative methods of
the combination and the combination of theory and practice, has been built using
discrete Hopfield neural network evaluation model of supplier selection based onour company. The index of matrix Casma supplier grade evaluation as input data of
Hopfield neural network, through artificial neural network learning algorithms and
Simulation for several times, using the simulation results of discrete neural network
finally, the supplier from good to bad are arranged, and choose the most suitable
suppliers from Casma enterprise development.
The research results of this paper, the supplier development system of Casma
company for further optimization, making it more adapted to the development stage
of the company, the company can make Casma in a more scientific way, more
equitable way, efficiency is more rigorous way to improve the selection of suppliers,
will help them in the fierce market competition environment to find suitable supplier,
development and growth for the company to contribute.
