本文对SPX公司供应商开发进行了较深入的研究。在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,
阐述了供应商开发管理的相关理论,剖析了 SPX公司供应商开发现状及存在的问题,提
出应通过完善幵发流程、确定评估体系、改善技术手段等具体改进方案来解决SPX公司
供应商开发管理存在的问题,最终实现双赢的局面。

Abstract
Supplier development is stated in the upstream supply chain, with requirement of
scientific evaluation system, reasonable sourcing procedure and felicitous technique methods.
The guide line of supplier development is “Q.C.D.S”,means quality,cost, delivery and
service. And comply with the principle “equal competition” to each potential vendor. In the
whole supply chain process, sourcing guy should not regard the supplier only as the one to
provide us with goods, but the partner of our supply chain. Only working well in supplier
development and management shall we get the best goods with high quality and low cost to
realize benefits maximization. So supplier development is of utmost significance in the whole
supply chain, and it is important task to develop a partnership supplier base.
With SPX as the study object and based on the theories of supplier development, the
thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problem of supplier development in SPX,
and proposes improving project with 7-way evaluation system, completed developing
procedure and proper technique methods. Hope this proposal can bring with win-win to both
parties.
