Abstract
In recent years, there were many problems in the regional pump production and
sales process along with the fast development of mechanical and electrical pump
enterprises in BS area. Such as, brand infringement, product quality unevenness,
proprietary technology infringement and vicious price-cutting. These problems
serious damaged economic development of outstanding enterprises. To eliminate
those problems in production, operation and service processes, the research discussed
how to develop electromechanical pump brand of BS area to completely eradicate
these phenomena and prompt the sustained and healthy development of regional
industry.
The research summarized and studied internal and international experience, and
adopted the following methods: literature analysis, combining normative analysis and
empirical analysis, questionnaire survey, interviews. Based on the research of internal
and international regional brand construction, we conducted surveys on enterprises
and industry person by different level in BS area. Mass data were collected and
analyzed. Through interviews on technical experts, person in charge of enterprise and
relative responsible departments, we knew about industrial development program, the
principal bottleneck and terms of settlement. The SWOT method was also applied to
demonstrate the feasibility of regional whole brand construction.
Based on the research of mechanical and electrical pump development in BS
area, we draw a conclusion that it is necessity and feasibility to strengthen regional
brand construction. The realization of regional brand construction is the key
innovative part in the research, which could be promoted by the following 7 aspects:
the leading force of the government, supporting the leader and backbone enterprises,
increasing the capacity of independence innovation, promising stricter regulation of
the industries, improving product quality and technical promotion, developing
excellent product brand and regional brand publicity. By a series of measures, such as,
enlarging enterprise scale, building product brand, improving quality technology andI
disposing unreasonable or illegal behavior. We could support some leading backbone
enterprises, cultivate a batch of industry famous brand and improve the total regional
product quality and technology content. Finally, all above works will improve market
competitiveness and reputation of BS pump product, drive the development of
industrial regional economy and realize the regional brand construction of mechanical
and electrical pump.

摘 要
近几年来,BS 区随着机电泵业的迅猛发展,区域内机电泵业产品在生产、
销售过程中出现了品牌侵权、专利技术侵权、产品质量参差不齐、产品恶性竞
价压价等问题,产业经济发展受到了损害。为了消除在产业生产、经营、服务
方面存在的这些问题,本文探讨通过开展 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设,杜绝这些不
良现象发生,促使产业持续健康快速发展
本文主要是通过学习研究国内外品牌建设情况,采取文献分析法、规范分
析与实证分析相结合的方法、问卷调查法、访谈法等分析研究方法,学习国内
外区域品牌研究和实践情况,对 BS 区内企业、行业人物分层次、分重点进行调
查,掌握大量数据基础上进行汇总整理分析,通过对技术专家、企业负责人及
有关职责单位进行访谈,对单个企业、整体行业发展规划、制约瓶颈、解决办
法建议进行调查掌握,通过 SWOT 分析法论证了 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设的可行
性
根据对 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设的研究,作者认为 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设
具有必要性和可行性,重点在品牌建设的实现路径方面进行了一些创新研究和
分析,建议在政府发挥主导作用、扶持龙头和骨干企业做大做强、加强创新研
发能力、机电泵业监管、产品质量技术提升、发展优秀产品品牌、品牌宣传七
个方面推进 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设,通过做大企业规模、创优产品品牌、提升
质量技术、监管处置违法违规行为等措施和方法,达到扶持壮大一批龙头骨干
企业、培植一批行业知名品牌、提升 BS 区机电泵业整体产品质量和技术含量、
提高 BS 区机电泵业产品市场竞争力和美誉度的效果,带动产业发展与区域经济
的发展,实现 BS 区机电泵业品牌建设
