本论文在回顾相关研究理论的基础上,以深圳巴士集团为研究对象,以内部
价值链为研究切入点,深刻分析该集团内部价值链管理现状及问题,并针对具体
问题提出具体优化措施。本论文由五部分构成:第一章重点介绍了本论文的背景
意义、国内外价值链管理研究现状、研究思路及主要内容、研究方法和主要创新
点;第二章介绍成本规制政策和概述价值链相关理论;第三章确定深圳巴士集团
的内部价值链,然后从线网建设、线路运营、成本控制以及信息管理系统等内部
价值链环节来深入分析集团内部价值链管理现状,发现并找出问题:线网缺乏科
学规划,线路运营水平偏低,成本控制环节存在缺陷,信息系统管理薄弱,人力
资源不足;第四章针对存在的问题,提出深圳巴士集团内部价值链改进与优化的
思路及具体措施:优化线网,建立高效运营机制,加强成本控制,完善信息管理
系统,实施人才工程;第五章是结论与展望,希望本论文的研究成果能够为深圳
巴士集团乃至全国公交企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考
