荣县供电公司绩效管理体系研究

摘要:为实现国家电网公司提出“一强三优”现代公司的发展战略目标,和“三
抓一创”的工作思路。其中,抓队伍需要绩效管理不断完善改进,才能将国家电
网公司的发展战略目标转化为各级省、市电力公司工作目标。
绩效管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,在企业管理中,绩效效果往往
因企业制度、员工自身条件等因素影响,使得绩效管理结果不能客观、真实地体
现出企业真实地管理水平。如何利用绩效管理这个管理工具,充分调动广大员工
工作积极性和主动性,提升企业管理水平成为现代企业急需破解地难题。
本文通过介绍对绩效管理的背景和意义,分析了荣县供电公司绩效管理方面存
在的主要问题,并根据公司绩效管理现状提出改进设计,进一步完善绩效管理内
容,结合四川省电力公司出台关于《“三集五大”体系建设绩效考核管理制度办法
修订》办法,制定了新方案。

Abstract
Put forward the strategic objective of the development of a strong three excellent
Modern Corporation to China State Grid Corp, and three grasping the thinking of
creation. Among them, catch team need performance management, continuous
improvement, will target the development strategy of China State Grid Corp into all
levels of power company objectives.
Performance management as an important part of human resources management, in
enterprise managemrat, performance results are ofteninfluenced by the management
system, staffs own factor and the internalinfonnation asymmetty, the performance
management can not objectivelytruthfully reflect the overall condition of the
compMy. How to make the performance management of the enterprise, the
biggest degree tomotivate employees, become an urgCTit problem to be solved.
This paper introduces the background and significance of performance
managem^it, analyzes the main problems existing in performance management of
Rongxian power supply company, and puts forward thedesign according to the present
situation of performance managementand further improve the content of performance
management, combined with ttie Sichuan Province Electric Power
Company issued a lliree setFive system construction performance assessment
management system of amendments to the revised measures the new scheme.
