党的十八届三中全会强调建设环境友好型、资源节约型的社会和走可持续发展道路，企
业环境责任作用的有效发挥对构建社会主义和谐社会和实现中国梦具有重要的现实意义。
目前国内外研究中，有关企业履行社会责任的研究成果不少，但对企业履行环境责任的
案例分析研究并不多。本文基于对企业环境责任的理论探源和梳理，以 HP 公司履行环
境责任作为案例研究,力求实现理论和应用的统一。
全文结构主要分为五个部分：第一部分,导论。主要介绍研究背景和意义，对企业环
境社会责任理论的相关文献进行梳理及评述, 并提出本文的研究内容、思路与方法。第
二部分，HP 公司环境责任的发展历程。分别介绍了 HP 公司背景、发展概况、履行环境
责任发展的三个阶段。第三部分，HP 公司履行环境责任的现状。介绍 HP 公司履行环境
责任的实现途径、面临的挑战及应对挑战所采取的具体措施。第四部分，HP 公司履行
环境责任的机制及效应分析。第五部分，HP 公司履行环境责任的启示。最后，本文在
理论研究和案例研究的基础上得到结论。HP 在经济活动过程中积极将履行环境责任融
入生产经营，赢得了竞争优势和提高竞争力, 为实现可持续发展赢得主动地位。HP 坚持
为客户提供创新、高质量、环保的产品和服务，并且以对环境负责的态度开展业务。HP
正是因为一直贯彻了这种为了大众利益，向客户提供环保解决方案的价值观，成就了在
业界的的影响力和领导地位。中国企业强化环境责任意识是走向世界的需要，主动承担
企业环境社会责任并同本企业的经营发展战略相结合才能实现可持续发展。本文的研究
是对企业环境责任的探讨和补充，希望对成长中的中国企业更好地贯彻和履行环境责任
有所启发和起到积极的借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
Corporate Social Responsibility（CSR） is appeared from United States in the early of
20th century , which caused widespread concern and attention among the public , academia
and the international community. Corporate Environmental Responsibility is an important part
of the enterprise to bear social responsibility, it is enterprise self- assumed responsibility in
social pubic interest for environmental protection. With the acceleration of industrialization,
the deteriorating global environment, such as resource depletion, environmental pollution and
ecological damage . the issue has caused people to reflect on their own lifestyles and
production operations , thus environmental responsibility as a important part of corporate
social responsibility is also increasingly attracted widespread attention. Third Plenary Session
of the Party's eighth emphasized building environment-friendly and resource-saving society
and the path of sustainable development, effectively play the role of corporate environmental
social responsibility has important practical significance for building a socialist harmonious
society and realize the Chinese dream. in view of the studies at home and abroad , a lot of
research about the corporate social responsibility, but there aren’t too many case studies
regarding to enterprises fulfilling environment responsibility. based on corporate
environmental responsibility theory origins comb ,this paper is to take HP company fulfilling
corporate environmental responsibility as case study.
