随着全球工业化的发展,整个世界的生态环境发生了巨大变化,出现了不可再生资源的枯竭、

水资源的浪费和污染、生物多样性遭到破坏等问题。这些问题的出现使人们开始关注环境的变化,

开始提倡清洁的生产方式,绿色环保的消费理念。在企业当中,随着企业社会责任被广泛重视,其

中的环境社会责任更是引起了人们的广泛关注。但是,目前国内外关于企业履行环境社会责任的研

究并不多,尤其是对某类企业的案例环境社会责任方面研究更是少之又少,因此,本文将对具体的

企业展开调查,希望能够给后来的研究者提供借鉴。

本文以新疆上市公司——TY集团为研究对象,通过采用访谈法、问卷调查法等典型方法,收

集TY集团履行企业环境责任的相关资料,按照“研究现状-分析问题-找出原因-提出对策”的思路对

TY集团进行研究,意在解决在全球提倡保护环境,节约资源和绿色消费的前提下,研究TY集团这

类聚氯乙烯生产企业在生产经营过程中有效履行企业环境社会责任。

文章主要包括:

一、TY集团履行企业环境责任的现状,了解TY集体生产方式及主要污染物,了解TY集体为

了保护环境采取的相应措施。

二、对TY集团进行诊断,通过对员工和利益相关者的访谈与问卷调查,了解其在履行企业环

境责任方面的存在的问题。

三、分析TY集团产生环境问题的原因,包括过分追求经济利益、制度建设不完善和政府监管

不力等方面。

四、提出了解决TY集团相关环境问题的对策与建议,从而为其他企业特别是聚氯乙烯生产企

业履行企业环境责任提供了重要的参考价值。

With the global industrialization, the world has undergone tremendous changes in the ecological

environment, the emergence of the issue of non-renewable resource depletion, waste and pollution of water

resources, biodiversity destruction and so on. These problems make that people start to pay attention the

changes in the environment, began to promote cleaner production, green consumption concept. In the

enterprise, with the emphasis on corporate social responsibility is widely, it has attracted people's attention,

especially environmental and social responsibility. However, currently, the research about that enterprises

to fulfill their social responsibility domestic, environmental is not much,especidly that certain types of

corporate social responsibility in die case of environmental studies are even fewer, whether in china or

abroad. Therefore, this paper will investigate the specific enterprise, hoping to later researchere to provide

a reference.

This paper take Xinjiang companies _ TY Group as example for the study, using the typical method of

research,interviews,questionnaire survey and so on, collection the relevant information of TY to fulfill

corporate environmental responsibility, make the TY Group study in accordance with the company -

problem - cause - response ideas,aiming at solving the global advocate of environmental protection,

resource conservation and green consumption, under the premise of such studies TY Group PVC

production enterprises operating in the production process to effectively fulfill corporate environmental

and social responsibility.

One, the status of TY Group fulfilling corporate environmental responsibility, understanding TY

collective production methods and major pollutants, in order to find out the collective TY corresponding

measures taken to protect the environment.

Two, making a diagnosis for TY Group,find out the existing problems performancing environmental

responsibility in their corporate through the staff and stakeholders interviews and questionnaires.

Three, analyzing the reasons of environmental problems in TY Group, including excessive pursuit of

economic interests, institutional construction imperfections and inadequate government regulation and

other aspects.

Four, put forward the countermeasnres and suggestions to solve the environmental issues associated

TY, so as to provide an important reference value for other enterprises, especially PVC production

enterprises to fulfill their corporate environmental responsibility.
