摘 要
中职教育在国家的重视下,取得了快速的发展,而教师作为中职教育的传授者,
占据着重要的地位,如何提高教师的工作积极性就显得尤为重要。因此,教师绩效考
核在中等职业学校中占着重要的地位,必须建立一套切实可行的中职教师绩效考核制

本文共分为五个章节,采用文献研究法、比较法、调查问卷法等对绩效考核的理
论、国内外现状进行了调查。主要介绍了中职学校教师绩效考核的相关概念、理论与
方法、作用、标准与方法,结合国内外教师绩效考核研究现状,以 YB 中职学校的考
核现状为例,采取调查问卷的形式对我市十几所中职学校进行了调研,找出中等职业
学校教师绩效考核的主要问题和难点,并进行原因分析,在分析问题和难点的基础上,
提出完善中职学校教师绩效考核的建议,一是加强教师绩效考核制度建设;二是完善
教师绩效考核的内容;三是建立科学的教师绩效考核指标体系;四是建立有效的绩效
考核反馈和结果运用机制

Abstract
With the rapid development of the vocational education, teacher as vocational
education’s imparter, it plays an important role in our society. How to improve teacher’s
enthusiasm become more and more important. Therefore, the teacher performance
appraisal occupies an important position in the secondary vocational school, we must
establish a viable vocational teacher performance appraisal system.
This paper have five parts, use literature research, comparison, questionnaire method
of theory, invest the performance appraisal of the status quo at home and abroad.
Introduces the concepts of performance appraisal of teachers in vocational schools,
theories and methods, the role of standards and methods, combined home and abroad
teacher’s performance evaluation studies, the situation assessment of YB vocational school,
take the form of a questionnaire for some vocational schools, find the problems and
difficulties of secondary vocational school teachers' performance appraisal, analysis the
issues, based on the analysis of problems and difficulties, to improve vocational school
teacher performance appraisal. First, strengthen the construction of teacher performance
appraisal system; Second, improve teacher performance appraisal content; Third, establish
a scientific index system of performance appraisal of teachers; Fourth, establish an
effective performance appraisal feedback and the results of the use of the mechanism.
