文章以中煤张家口煤矿机械有限责任公司为典型案例,为谋求公司的长久生存和跨
越式发展,对公司所面临外部环境、内部环境、战略的选择和定位,进行系统的分析和
研究,找出了有利于公司发展的机会,弄清了公司应回避的威胁,明确了公司存在的优
势和弱点。利用 EFE、IFE 矩阵对公司的机会、威胁、优势和弱点进行了评价,进而用
SWOT 矩阵和 QSPM 矩阵提出了张家口煤矿机械公司的企业发展战略和相应的保障策
略措施。希望这些研究成果能对张家口煤矿机械有限公司的企业发展提供一定的参考和
帮助。

Abstract
Enterprises, as the microcosmic main body of the market economy, facing the
competition of technology change rapidly, the market demand changes constantly changing,
enterprises increasingly fierce, information updating knowledge management environment,
the enterprise to survive and develop, not only to care about and plan their own long-term
development, but also to create conditions for the realization of their own long-term
development. The key, the overall strategy of enterprise operators must firmly grasp the
relationship of enterprise survival and development in the future, a full analysis of use and
adjust their limited resources to adapt to changes in the external environment, the only way to
make enterprise maintain in the competition, changes in youth.
Taking coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. as a typical case, the external
environment, internal environment, strategic choice and positioning the company faced,
systems analysis and research. And to the enterprise development strategy theory, the
integrated use of the relevant analysis tools and models of strategic management, carries on
the analysis to the coal Zhangjiakou coal mining machinery limited liability company internal
and external environment, and combined with the PEST, the SWOT model analysis method,
proposed the enterprise development strategy of Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Company
and the corresponding security measures. I hope these research results can provide some
reference and help for Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. enterprise development.
