本文以神东上湾煤矿为研究对象,基于精益化管理的需要,将企业文化建设的要点以
及高效管理模式的匹配性作为研究目标,在企业文化的发展和建设过程中积极强化符合精
益化管理的先进管理理念,引导企业管理向理想状态转变。本课题以麦肯锡 7S 理论为工
具,运用奎因对立价值理论,对上湾煤矿的企业文化进行诊断,研究了上湾煤矿企业文化
建设的策略。通过对当前上湾煤矿企业文化进行实地访谈、问卷调查等,对上湾煤矿企业
文化建设的现状进行了调查与分析,寻找存在的不足与制约因素。在此基础上,提出了上
湾煤矿企业文化建设的指导思想与原则,对上湾煤矿企业文化建设进行了定位,确立了上
湾煤矿企业文化建设的方向与主题,构建了上湾煤矿企业文化建设的对策和内容设计
最后,结合当前上湾煤矿精益化管理模式,提出了落地实施方案,包括落地原则、思
路和具体实施措施。本文的研究丰富了煤矿企业在精益管理模式下的企业文化建设策略,
对煤矿企业安全高效精益化生产具有重要的指导价值

Abstract
With the deepening reform of the supply side structural of the coal industry and the grim
situation of the domestic coal market weakness, we need to change the management way from
the extensive management mode to lean production in order to meet the development need of
Shendong Bay coal mine. The corporate culture is one of the important factors and conditions
to enhance the management level. It also is a soft coal lean management support and a solid
guarantee for the full implementation of lean management. At present, the construction of
enterprise culture is not matched with the demand of enterprise management. In order to
achieve the purpose of matching, the paper researches the enterprise culture of Shendong.
In this paper, Shendong coal as the research object, it mainly studies the matching of
current enterprise culture construction and lean management mode. In the process of enterprise
culture construction, we should install the management concept that meets the needs of lean
management and guide the enterprise management to the ideal state. The paper uses 7S theory
and opposition value theory to make a diagnosis of the corporate culture of the Shang Wan coal
mineand to study the strategy of the enterprise culture construction. To finding the existing
problems and constraints, the paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the
construction of the enterprise culture through questionnaire survey and interview. It puts
forward the guiding ideology and principles of the construction of the enterprise culture,
establishing the direction and the theme of the construction of the enterprise culture and
structuring the countermeasures and contents of the construction of the enterprise culture.
At last, based on the current lean management mode, the paper proposes the
implementation scheme of the landing, including the landing principle, ideas and specific
measures. The research of this paper enriches the construction strategy of the enterprise culture
under the lean management mode, which has important guiding value for the safe and efficient
lean production of the coal mine enterprise.
