当前,随着全球化不断发展,我国市场经济日渐成熟起来,中小制造企业

所承受的竞争压力也越来越大。面对着新的机遇和挑战,制造业的成本也越来越

高,“微利时代”早已来临,尤其作为中小私营企业,竞争变得更加的激烈和残

酷。

针对不断变化着的市场和环境,作为一家20年发展历程的私营企业的广州

斯普弹簧有限公司,同样面临着各种新机遇和挑战。那么,哪些是新的机遇和挑

战行业的大环境是怎样的竞争对手有哪些他们的有哪些优势竞争对手

又有怎样的发展策略呢如何确立自身的发展战略怎样让企业在在激烈的竞

争环境中获得生存和发展的机会呢这些问题都是本文所力图去探讨和解决的。

文中首先针对中小私营企业的背景进行了分析,同时也对弹簧行业尤其是压

缩机弹簧行业的发展现状与近年来的发展预期进行了初步的预测,提出了研究的

内容和问题。

随后本文针对发展战略中相关理论基础进行了描述,阐释了分析的手段和方

法。

接着,文章对斯普公司的发展历程、内外部环境和现状进行了分析。通过运

用SWOT分析法分析了斯普公司所面临的竞争环境,从中找出公司当前遇到的

机会和威胁。

然后,重点分析公司的发展定位和中长期发展目标,制定相应的发展战略并

做出正确的战略选择。

最后,本文通过在人力资源管理、生产运营管理和市场战略方面的改革确定

发展战略的实施措施,以期通过公司发展战略的明晰,确立公司的发展思路,让

企业能在激烈的竞争环境中不断发展。

ABSTRACT

At present,above the development of the global economic, our Chinese socialistic market

economy has developed and the pressure of the competition has increasing. The price in the raw

material of producing is rising and the manufacturing era of meager profit is coming when the

challenges and opportunities are more and more.

To the changed market condition, the private company called Guangzhou Spring co.,Ltd

which has twenty years is also facing the opportunities and challenges. And then, which is the new

one How is the industry environment Who are the competitors

How to establish the development strategy How to get the opportunities of the

development in the fierce competition All of above are needed to be solved.

The paper discusses and analyzes the background of the small and medium private enterprise.

It also predicts the existing conditions and development of the industry of spring. And then points

out the issues further research.

Then the paper describes the theory of the developing strategy, as well as methods which has

adopted.

The paper analyzes the history, outer and inner circumstance and existing conditions. Based

on the company, through the SWOT analysis, we can get the opportunities and threats of Sipu co.,

Ltd.

This paper emphasizes the mid-to long-term goal of the company, and then set the developing

strategy.

Final part gets the measure through the management of human resources, operation and

marketing. Above them, we can get the new idea on study the developing strategy
