为核心问题所在。本论文以此展幵较为详细的探讨,首先对投资银行的基本知识及国
内外商业银行投行业务发展情况进行了概述;其次从外部环境、发展历程及水平现状
等方面对中信银行发展投行业务进行分析以及评价,通过外部因素评价矩阵和内部因
素评价矩阵进行分析;而后通过SWOT分析,得出中信银行广州分行幵展投行业务的优

As one part of China CITIC Group,CITIC Bank was founded in 1987c It is one of the
earliest commercial banks established during China's reform and opening up。The bank
makes full use of the advantages of the Group, through the strengthening of cross-selling
products by the world's financial subsidiary of CITIC Group to explores the development of
investment bankingc It has become a pioneer in domestic commercial banks to explore
almighty business model。
CITIC Bank's traditional business has a good reputation in the bank field. But as an
innovative business, how to in take full advantage of CITIC Group's consolidated financial
platform is becoming a key point for CITIC Bank to carry out investment banking in the
