本文介绍了我国物流业的发展概况,分析了兰州地区仓储物流业的发展现状

和物流企业出城入园的背景,介绍了兰州新区的重要战略地位和物流业的重要作

用,分析了生产资料物流企业集群发展的理论基础。通过对甘肃省木材总公司的

现状、企业所处产业环境、竞争环境和出城入园转型发展战略进行SWOT分析,

并由此出发研究了发展现代物流的对策建议,包括:物流体系创新、提高物流运

营管理能力、提高物流市场运作能力并进行风险分析。

Modern logistics industry is a basis supporting industry for optimizing the economic stucture

and a leading industiy for promoting economic growth,is an integral part of the total mondern

indusrial system.Since it involves a wide field,absorb lots of employees, the role of promote the

producetion and consumption is laige, have a positive long-term effect on sustained rapid

economic growth and social development It have attracted more attention of govermental

otganizations and investors.

This paper introduces the development of China's logistics industiy,analyzes warehouse

logistics industry's development status of Lanzhou area and logistice companies out of the city

into park in the background,describes the important strategic position and role of logistics industry

in Lanzhou new area,analyzes the cluster development of production goods logistics

companies.Research the status of Gansu timber corporation,business environment of the logistics

industry5the competitive environment and the transition strategies on SWOT analysis.Study the

development of modern logistics suggestion,including logistics system innovation,improve

logistice operational management capabilities,improve logistics market capacity and conducts a

risk analysis.
