伴随着市场竞争的日益加剧，企业是否具有良好的供应商直接关系到其生存持续发展。但
是我国经济起步晚，发展慢，供应链管理模式的发展更不健全，因此当下的供应商管理面
临众多的难题。本文在经济全球化的背景下，结合国内外众多学者对食品行业供应商管理
的相关研究理论，对北京稻香村外进商品的供应商管理问题进一步研究分析。

所以本文针对食品行业供应商管理进行阐述概况，分析了供应商基本理论，介绍了供
应商管理的相关环节以及评价体系，并剖析了北京稻香村门市外进商品采购现状以及其供
应商选择与管理中可能存在的众多问题，进一步运用层次分析法相关模型从理论上论证了
如何对供应商进行择优选择，最后针对其供应商管理中现状，结合实际情况，从供应商选
择、供应商评价管理体系、供应商信息完善、供应商管理费用以及外进采购商品库存供应
管理等方面提出优化设计和方案实施保障。一定程度上为我国零售企业带来提供一些参考
价值，也有利于对供应商管理的进一步理论研究。

Abstract
With the development of society, contemporary business has been entered into a new
supply chain management model , is no longer a competition between individual enterprises ,
but their competition between supply chains in which , while the supplier is supply the chain is
very important part . With the increasing competition in the market , the supplier of business
development and even the survival of enterprises increasingly important. But with the
development of supply chain management , and supplier management , but the moment there
are many new situations. In this paper, in the context of economic globalization, suppliers of
products outside Beijing Daoxiang management problems have been studied outside of Beijing
Daoxiang store products supplier management made effective manner.
So this paper summarizes the general situation of supplier management of food industry,
analyzes the basic theory of the supplier, the supplier management and evaluation system of
link, and analyzes the problems which may exist in the Beijing Daoxiang village store
commodity procurement status and supplier selection and management, further by using the
analytic hierarchy process model demonstrates how to supplier selection from the theory, and
finally the supplier management status, combined with the actual situation, the supplier
selection, supplier evaluation and management system, improve the supply business
information, supplier management and procurement of goods inventory cost in supply
management proposed optimization design and plan implementation safeguard. To some extent,
China's retail enterprises not only provide some reference value, but also conducive to the
further study on the supplier management.
