电力施工企业信用评价对于提高电力施工企业信用体系建设,促进电力施工
企业健康有序发展,提高综合竞争力具有重要的意义。本文基于前人的研究成果,
主要研究了 DB 电力施工企业信用体系评价,建立了评价指标体系,提出了评价
方法。论文主要成果如下:
首先根据电力施工企业的特点,依据项目评价指标体系设置的原则和电力施
工企业信用的特点,初步建立了评价指标体系,然后利用粗糙集理论和方法,提
出了指标体系精简的方法,并精简了初步指标体系,确定了 DB 电力施工企业的
信用评价指标体系。基于模糊层次分析方法,构建了 DB 电力施工企业信用体系
评价模型及其评价流程,利用提出的模型确定评价指标的权重,并对 DB 电力施
工企业信用情况进行评价,为决策者对电力施工企业信用水平有一个总体的把握
提供重要的依据,根据评价结果,提出了 DB 企业信用体系建设的保障措施。文
章最后总结了全文的结论,总结了论文研究存在的不足,并就新的研究方向进行
了展望

Abstract
The evaluation of credit system of electric power construction enterprise is very
important to enhance the level of credit system, promote to develop smoothly, and
improve comprehensive competitive power for the enterprise . This dissertation
focuses on the research of credit system evaluation of DB electric power construction
enterprise, including construction of evaluation index system and formulation of the
evaluation method, the main research results are as follows:
Firstly, based on the characteristics of the credit system of electric power
construction enterprise, according to the principles of index system setup, the general
evaluation index system of credit system of DB enterprise is proposed, on the basis of
rough set, new method for index reduction is proposed, and primary index system is
reduced, so the evaluation index system of credit of DB electric power construction
enterprise is confirmed. Based on fuzzy-AHP method, evaluation model of credit
system of DB electric power construction enterprise is formulated, the procedure of
which is also proposed, weight of the indicators is confirmed by AHP, and credit
system of DB electric power construction enterprise is evaluated by comprehensive
evaluation method with single factor or comprehensive factors, which can help
decision makers know about DB electric power construction enterprise, and safeguard
policies of the construction of credit system of DB electric power construction
enterprise are proposed. Finally, the dissertation is summarized, and all the
conclusions are made, disadvantages of the dissertation are pointed out, and the future
study of it is also proposed.
