摘要

保函业务是中国银行一项传统优势业务近年来,随着我国经济步入快车道,加入WTO后

与世界经济的进一步接轨和融合,国内外客户对保函业务的需求呈上升趋势。中国银行凭借良好

的国际信誉和较髙的国际知名度以及办理保函业务的能力,在此项业务中占有较大的市场份额,

特别是在我国境内机构对外担保中占到75%以上。中国银行开展保函业务的历史久远,此项业务

在国内同业中居于领先地位,由中国银行出具的保函在世界各地的经贸活动中得到了广泛的认同

和接受。

文章首先描述了中国银行宁夏分行保函业务发展现状,进而运用SWOT工具对保函业务发展

的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行进一步的分析,总结得出必须认清自身的优劣势,把握机遇,迎

接挑战,制定有力的发展策略,才能更快更好地发展中国银行宁夏分行的保函业务。最后,提山

了大力发展保函业务的发展策略:1.加大保函产品拓展力度,挖掘发展潜力;2.强化风险管理,

推动保函业务健康发展;3.推进保函业务创新,提升银行竞争力;4.建立营销体系,助推保函

业务迈上新台阶;5.加强人力资源建设,增强可持续发展能力。

Abstract

Letter of Guarantee (L/G) is a traditional advantage product of Bank of China. In recent years, as

China's economy into the fast lane, after joining the WTO and further convergence and integration of

the world economy, the demand of domestic and overseas customer for L/G is rising. With a good

international credit standing, reputation and the competence of handling ihe L/G business, BOC

maintain a large market position in this transaction, it takes up 75 pet of the market, especially in the

field of overseas guarantee of the domestic institutions of our country. BOC has a long history in

dedicating to the L/G business, this business is in the leading position among all other banking

institutions. L/G issued by Bank of China has been widely recognized and accepted in the economic and

trade activities around the world.

First, the article describes the status of the L/G development of Bank of China Ningxia Branch, and

then use the SWOT tool to give further analysis in development advantage, weaknesses, opportunities

and challenges, then summarize that we must realize our own advantage and weaknesses, seize

opportunities, meet challenges and to make dynamic development strategies, so that we can develop

L/G business of Bank of China Ningxia Brancli faster and better. Finally, the chapter put forward the

L/G development strategies: 1. Increase L/G product development strength, dig the development

potential; 2. Strengthen risk management, promote the healthy development of L/G business; 3.

Promote the L/G business innovation, upgrade the bank's power of competition; 4. Established

marketing system, boosting L/G business to a new level; 5. Strengthening human resources,enhance

capacity for sustainable development.
