本论文在现今教育事业改革加剧的背景下,以改革的目标为中心,综合绩效评价对
于中学教师的特殊性,分析现行中学教师评价系统各项指标在设计过程中存在的问
题,从而得出一套基于中学持续发展为宗旨的绩效评价体系。本论文主要分三个方
面进行研究:第一,在理论上对绩效评价进行定义,分析其特征及遵从的原则;第
二,中学教师绩效评价较其他行业不同,必需研究已有的和中学教师绩效指标设计
相关的文献,增强中学教师绩效评价的影响力度,譬如有效性、针对性以及实际应
运性;第三,利用 X 中学作为实例,采用持续发展的观点,对教师绩效评价的各项
参数的进行设计;最后针对现行中学教师绩效评价系统存在的问题,提出解决的方
案。

Abstract
In recent years, with the ministry of education of human resource management
system reform, middle school teachers' performance appraisal has been to one of the key
measures of education reform. However, score and graduation rates have been a standard
of teachers' performance appraisal in our country, which is pushing the purpose of the
quality education in the different way. It is important to inspire teacher’s passion and
creativity deeply to become School long-term strategic goals. To achieve the goal, it is
important to set up scientific and effective human-resources evaluation system of middle
school. The significance of evaluating teacher’s performance is not to find the problems,
but also to analyze them to search for the causes. Based on this, we may take some
measures to solve the problems, different solutions for respective problems. We monitor
the whole process and promote the comprehensive quality of teachers, which is useful to
make the optimization of institutional resources reasonable. It will affect the further
development of our middle school and various sorts of national careers.
In the background of education reform sharp, the aim of reform is centered to find the
problem of the indicators evaluation system of middle school teachers, to conclude a set
based on the performance evaluation system of sustainable development for the purpose of
middle school. This thesis mainly divided into three aspects of research. on one hand,
performance evaluation are defined of performance evaluation system of Middle school in
theory. On the other hand, Performance evaluation of middle school teachers than other
industry is different, it is necessary to study the existing design of performance indicators
related literature and secondary school teachers to enhance the strength of the influence of
the performance evaluation of high school teachers, such as effectiveness, pertinence and
actual application. Using X middle school as an example, the sustainable development
point of view, to carry on the design of various parameters on teachers performance
evaluation; Finally based on the problems existing in the current middle school teachers'
performance evaluation system, puts forward solutions.
