改革开放以来,我国的政治、经济、社会、文化等领域,都取得了空前的发

展成就,城乡群众的物质生活和精神生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。在这些变化当

中,值得注意的是,在我国各大中城市中出现的“社区”这种全新的人居生活模

式。伴随着社区的产生,以“社区”为中心的一系列经济文化建设、社区公共服

务活动积极开展开来。随着社区的数量不断增加,其规模日益扩大,发展模式也

在不断改进与创新,为和谐社会建设和经济发展贡献了巨大力量,社区的这种重

要作用已经得到社会各界的广泛共识。但是,社区建设的飞速发展,也不可避免

面临一些困境,带来一些亟待解决的现实问题,这些问题在一定程度上已经制约

了社区的可持续发展。基于此,寻求问题的根源,思考解决的对策,已经迫在眉

睫,关系到我国当前的社区经济和服务的科学、健康发展。

本文的研究过程中,笔者主要采用了文献法、实证研究法和个案研究法。文

献法主要是对国内外研究现状进行了总结和概括,以及对课题研究的相关理论和

概念进行了总结;实证研究法主要围绕着深圳经济特区的社区开展,研究在深圳

经济特区成立以来,在农村城市化进程中形成的社区发展面临的困境,提出解决

的若干对策;个案研究法主要是以深圳经济特区为案例来进行研究。

笔者首先对论文研究的具体情况进行了总的说明;其次对相关的概念进行了

分析;对深圳社区经济的发展与现状进行了总结;最后提出了深圳经济特区社区

经济的发展对策。

Abstract

Since the reforming and opening-up, China has achieved unprecedented

development whether it is in aspects such as society, economy and social culture etc. In

the process of social development, people's spiritual life and material life have taken

big changes,in these changes; we should pay attention to the new people life model of

community in cities of China. With the emergence of community, a series of economic

and cultural construction, public service activity in community are actively developed

focus on it, as its expansion, its scale is increasing say by day, the development model

is also continually improving and innovating, which has made huge contributions to

Chinese social and economic development. At present, this effect has get unanimous

identification by all circles in society. But with the quick development of community

construction, some real problems also appear, these have already restricted further

development of society to some extent,therefore, it is urgent to seek problem source

and consider the solutions, which relates to the healthy development of community

economy and service at current time in China.

In the process of thesis study,the writer mainly adopts literature method,

demonstration study method and individual case study. The literature method mainly

carries out summary and conclusion for study state both in China and abroad, it also

makes summary on relevant theory and concept of topic study. Demonstration study

method mainly develops from community of Shenzhen special zone, makes study on

difficult situation and countermeasure formed in the urbanization process of Shenzhen

during development of it. Individual study method mainly uses Shenzhen economic

special zone as case to make study.

Writer firstly makes introduction to some detailed conditions of thesis study,

secondly, it makes summary for relevant concept, summarizes and analyzes

development and state of community economic development in the urbanization

process of Shenzhen,finally, puts forward development countermeasures for

community economic development of Shenzhen economic special zone.
