本文以中国民生银行成都分行宜宾地区白酒行业所开发的客户为研究对象,
结合中国民生银行“特色银行”和其它战略部署,对中国民生银行如何通过在日
益激烈的行业竞争市场中,如何利用民生银行服务优势、产品优势等,促进企业
融资的有效开展进行了简要阐述。通过对成都市五粮液专卖店协会和叙府酒业的
特点和发展状况分析,指出了差异化和多原发展是提升竞争力的重要途径。本文
的研究结论有利于民生银行进一步开拓白酒行业,使民生银行从同质化竞争日益
激烈的金融机构中脱颖而出,把民生银行小微金融做成一种可持续发展的商业模
式。

ABSTRACT
Catering to the strategy of“Special Bank of CMBC (China Minsheng Banking
Corporation, Ltd.), paying attention to the characteristics of Sichuan Province, the
Chengdu Branch decides to fully develop the special finance service of liquor industry
in Sichuan Province. Chengdu Branch is striving for the competitive brand of liquor
finance, the leader of Chinese liquor finance, and the most influential commercial bank
in the industry of liquor and financial in 3 to 5 years. Meanwhile, Chengdu Branch will
do its best to promoting the integration of private enterprises, tiny and personal bank
customers, combining to three strategies of CMBC, forming characteristics by
profession, promoting benefits by characteristics, achieving the goal of “benefits
bank”.
This paper is based on the customers of Yibin liquor industry that are developed by
Chengdu Branch of CMBC. Combing to “special bank” and some other strategies of
CMBC, this paper discussed the problem of how to promote the effective development
of corporate finance by our advantage of service, products and so on, in the increasingly
fierce competition market of this industry.
According to the analysis of characteristics and development of Wuliangye store
associations and Xufu liquor in Chengdu, the paper pointed out that the differentiation
and multiplicity development are important way s to promote the competitiveness.
The conclusion of this paper is beneficial to CMBC to further develop the liquor
industry, to stand out above the rest financial institutions in the increasingly
homogenous competition, to form a sustainable business model.
