摘要
高等职业教育中的学生组织始终都是院校中最为活跃的因素,它是各个院校学生
管理工作的重点,也承担着各个院校与广大同学之间的纽带作用。
人力资源管理的重要思想是视人为最重要的资源,将“以人为本”的理念贯穿于
企业管理工作的全过程,充分调动企业员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,提升企业核
心竞争力。这与学校教育要以学生为本,学生是教育的主体等思想相通。人力资源管
理有许多值得高职学生管理借鉴的地方。把企业人力资源管理的一些理论方法融入到
高职学生管理工作之中,可以为高职学生管理提供新的思路和方法。本文结合当前高
职学生管理的现状,从实际学生工作出发,积极探索学生管理工作的新模式,尝试将
工商业界已广泛应用且先进成熟的人力资源管理理论运用到学生组织的管理工作中,
通过应用研究,探寻企业人力资源管理在学生组织管理运用中的重要意义及价值。
全文包括绪论、正文及结束语三个部分,其中正文主要有五个部分组成。
绪论部分说明了论文研究意义、研究现状和研究方法,指出已有研究成果和存在
的不足。
本文第一章和第二章旨在阐述了高职的学生组织是各个院校学生管理的重点,同
时它也面临着诸多挑战。特别是在经济高速发展的新形势下,高职院校的学生组织在
管理过程中不能一味沿用原有管理模式,必须对学生组织进行科学的分析,以此作为
闩后科学管理的基础,是时候进行学生组织管理模式的探索,这也是论文选题的意义
所在。
本文第三章是立足笔者所在学院,通过对普通学生、学生干部及学院行政管理人
员、专业教师等进行访谈、问卷调查等方式搜集样本数据,以此发现影响高职院校学
生组织管理的相关因素。
本文第四章则是以笔者所管理的s学院学生会为例,通过高校学生组织管理模式
研究,建立学生组织管理模型,并利用自组织理论、非营利性组织理论,分别对高校学生
组织的管理模型的权利分配、成员激励、成员选拔进行研究,并在此基础上对高校学生
组织的领导方式和运作管理方式进行研究。
本文第五章在前面资料搜集、推导的基础上,总结了影响高职院校学生组织管理
上的相关因素,主要从党团组织、校园文化、高校管理制度、行政管理者、专业老师
等几方面入手,分析如何更好的管理学生组织
