摘要
在国际经济一体化进程中,随着我国改革开放的进一步深化,我国教育事业的进
一步发展,社会对英语以及计算机的学习逐步升温;随着计划生育政策的落实,国人
对精英教育的认识逐步深入,对小孩的教育日益重视;随着我国对某些行业实施规范
化管理,某些行业重新洗牌局面的出现,引起某些行业执业(职业)资格证书考试的
考前培训市场形势被看好;随着我国公务员考试制度的进一步实施,迎来了公务员考
试热潮二…这些时代潮流刺激了巨大的教育培训市场。全国各地的教育培训机构如雨
后春笋般涌现,并出现了几家规模较大的教育连锁培训机构,如新东方、环球网校、
北大青鸟、小星星等机构已逐步发展成为我国知名的教育连锁培训机构。但是,这些
教育培训机构的内部管理无法满足其发展速度的需要,因此急需组织行为学理论为其
内部管理制度等方面提供理论支持和管理的实践指导。
本文以北京HJ连锁教育机构(原名北京HJ培训中心)为例,对其组织架构、风
险管理、绩效管理、模式创新、信息化建设、产品幵发、加盟合作、员工培训等方面
的规范化管理进行研究,通过这一典型案例的具体分析与研究,试图得到一般的实践
规范化管理理论,为我国其他教育培训机构的规范化管理提供理论指导和启发。同时,
也通过本文的研究,与同类型的课题研究者们互通研究成果,为组织行为学理论在企
业管理实践中的应用提供参考价值。

Abstract
In the process of international economic integration and the opening up in China,
English learning, computer learning are gradually warming up by the society. With the
implementation of family planning policy, elite education is gradually improved. Children
education is paid more attention. With the standardized management in our country, some
industries are facedihe reshuffled situation. Employees need more occupation qualification
certificates to prove their abilities, which provide good chances for educational companies.
With the further implementation of the civil service test system in our country, people
are crazed about getting qualification certificates, which are stimulated the great market of
educational training. The country's education and training institutions are appeared as
bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Such as New Oriental, surrounds the net school, Beida
Jade Bird, Little stars and other institutions are gradually becoming China's well-known
educational training institutions.
However, Compared to internal management in education and training institutions,the
development speed is relatively backward .So organizational behavior theory are needed as
its internal management system to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for
management.
This article takes the Beijing chain of educational training institutes ( formerly known
as the Beijing HJ training center ) as example, and does some research on its
standardization management about organizational structure, risk management, performance
management,innovation, information construction, product development, joined
cooperation, staff training and so on. This article tries to get the general practice
management theory through the concrete analysis of the typical cases and researches of the
Beijing HJ chain of educational institutions to provide inspiration on standardization
management or the guide for other education and training institutions in China. At the same
time, through this research,the organizational behavior theory is applied in the enterprise
management.
