摘 要
面对日益激烈的市场竞争,以及宏观环境的巨变,我国饲料工业生产企业发
展中凸显出许多亟待解决的问题。研究这些企业如何采取有效的发展战略,用什
么样的战略理念和战略管理不断指导企业保持持续发展,显得尤为重要
湖南九鼎科技集团公司是湖南省一家以饲料、动保产品(兽药)研发、生产、
销售为主业,集养殖、屠宰、肉制品深加工于一体的大型农牧企业集团。就外部
环境而言,湖南九鼎科技公司虽然存在一定的发展机会,但也具有不可忽略的威
胁。在面临机会和威胁并存的情形下,九鼎科技公司必须解决原材料、技术以及
资金等等方面的诸多问题;必须通过改进技术、创新营销理念等来提高自己的竞
争能力。而就其内部环境而言,九鼎科技公司应该积极发挥其优势,注意其劣势,
认真分析存在的缺陷和不足,加以改正和完善,这样才能推动公司的长足发展
为此,九鼎科技公司根据外部环境和优劣势的分析情况,以企业使命和战略发展
目标为导向,运用战略理论中的 SWOT 分析模型、市场选择矩阵、五因素分析
法等理论,并结合企业实际,对公司发展中面临的问题和形势进行分析,进而制
定公司发展的战略目标和具体规划,并采取总体专业化、经营单位差异化和聚焦
型战略并适当结合成本战略,以达到战略目的。最后根据九鼎科技公司发展的战
略目标,应该按期贯彻执行这一战略,主要从完善组织结构、调整企业的资源配
置与优化等方面来实施

Abstract
In the face of the fierce market competition, and the macro environment change,
Feed industry in our country enterprise in developing highlights the many problems to
be solved. Study of these enterprisees how to take effective development strategies,
and using what kind of strategic concept and strategic management to constantly
guide enterprise keeping sustainable development are particularly important.
Hunan Nine Tripods Technology Group Corporation is a large-scale farming
enterprise group, to feed, research and development of products (veterinary medicine)
to protect nanimals, production, sales as its main business, and integrating the
cultivation, slaughtering, meat products deep processing. External environment is
concerned, Hunan Nine Tripods Technology Group Corporation, although exists
certain development opportunities, but also has some not ignored threats. In the face
of the both cases of the opportunities and threats coexisting, Hunan Nine Tripods
Technology Group Corporation must solve many problems, such as the raw materials,
technology and capital, and so on; and must improve its competitive ability by
improving technology and innovating marketing concept. Then the internal
environment is concerned, Hunan Nine Tripods Technology Group Corporation
should actively play to its advantages, pay attention to the disadvantages, and
earnestly analyze defects and the insufficiency which must be corrected and perfected,
so as to promote the rapid development of the company. Therefore, according to the
external environment and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, to the
enterprise mission and strategic development target oriented, using the theory of
SWOT analysis model strategy, market choose matrix, five factors analysis theory,
and combined with actual enterprise, the nine tripods technology company must
analyse the problems and situation that the company developing faced, then make the
company development of strategic objectives and specific plans , and adopt overall
professional, business unit differentiation and focusing on type strategic and proper
combination of cost strategy, in order to achieve the strategic goal. According to the
development strategic objectives of Hunan Nine Tripods Technology Group
Corporation, the compay should implement the strategy on schedule, mainly from the
perfecting organization structure, adjusting and optimizing enterprise resource
configuration optimization, and so on.
