摘 要
随着电力行业市场化进程的加快，电力企业，尤其是火电企业之间的竞争日趋
激烈，特别是对电力设备的要求与依赖程度越来越高，设备的维修管理水平益发重
要。摒弃传统计划检修模式，推行先进的点检定修管理工作方式，不仅能够使企业
设备管理实现现代化，进一步加强企业的生产管理，而且能够在最大范围内调动广
大员工工作的积极性，提高员工工作效率，建立符合市场改革要求的设备管理模式，
从而为企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续良性发展提供参考与建议。
本文在国内外相关文献梳理的基础上，详细分析了 GJ 热电公司设备检修维护
管理现状，明确了其存在的主要管理问题。进而，根据 GJ 热电公司设备检修维修
面临的问题，引入了点检定修的管理模式，并从组织机构设计、点检管理、定修管
理、其他管理等多方面较详细的阐述了点检定修的具体实施方案。
通过对点检定修制的应用研究，认为 GJ 热电有限公司以点检定修为基础的检
修管理模式是符合自身特点的，卓有成效的检修模式。
