中国的分公司超过 40 家。从 2012 年世界五百强的排名来看,原来 A 公司一直处
于气体领导者的地位已经被 B 公司超越。如何提升 A 公司在市场上的销售份额,
重新回到全球气体领导者的地位?论文正是基于目前的这些背景,通过对 A 公司
现有物流指标进行研究,找出影响物流效率因素,从而有针对性地采取措施,在
保证客户安全生产的前提下,提高运作效率,降低物流成本。
论文首先通过对现有物流考核指标进行分析,主要包括四个职能部分:分别
为调度计划、运输安排、车辆维修和资产利用,从而得出各部分需要优化的 KPI
指标。其次采用鱼骨图、因素分析等方法得出具体的物流指标优化方案。通过研
究,本文得出 A 公司现有部分考核指标过于笼统,不能准确地反映问题的本质,
包括一些考核指标影响因素不仅仅与物流相关,同时与物流以外的部门或外部客
户存在一定的联系。通过相关指标的优化,提出建立具有科学、合理的关键绩效
考核体系,从而增强公司的盈利能力和竞争力。
论文的研究及成果不仅可以直接用于优化现有A公司各分公司物流考核指标,
也可以对A公司亚太及欧洲区域提供借鉴,对A公司物流效率的提升具有一定的启
发意义。
