本论文通过对 A 公司考核指标的历史数据分析，A 公司其他国家相应考核指标的
数据分析，行业内相关考核指标的调研，提出 A 公司现有考核指标存在的问题，并将
所有对 A 公司物流考核指标的影响因素进行分析，最终提出合理的解决方案，优化 A
公司的物流考核指标。全文共分五章：第一章：绪论，主要简述了此篇论文的选题背
景，理论与实践意义，论文结构体系，主要内容及研究方法；第二章，主要是论述了
物流考核指标的理论基础；第三章，主要分析 A 公司物流考核指标现状及存在问题，
并确定需要优化的物流考核指标；第四章，通过对各项考核指标影响因素的分析，结
合一定方法提出 A 公司物流考核指标优化方案；用的方法是比较法，主要和 A 公司其
他国家数据比较及 A 公司自身历史数据比较；访谈法，通过对其他公司的访谈了解其
他公司的考核指标，最终优化 A 公司考核指标；第五章，全文总结，主要总结了全文
的框架结构，通过分析找到 A 公司物流考核指标存在的问题，根据问题利用方法对 A
公司物流考核指标进行优化。

Abstract
Every company has logistic assessment indicators, whether they are state-owned
enterprises, private enterprises and foreign enterprises. Whether assessment indicators are
reasonable, accuracy and can reach assessment purposes, the key lies in the design of
scientific and reasonable assessment indicators. The content of this thesis is study validity and
nationality of A company’s existing logistic assessment indicators, including the 4 parts:
transportation management, warehousing management, import and export management and
materials planning.
In this thesis through historical data analysis of Company A, A company other countries
corresponding assessment indicators data analysis, industry research, raise the problem of A
company's existing logistic assessment indicators, and analyze all influencing factors, finally
proposed a reasonable solution, optimization logistics assessment indicators of company A.
Paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1: Introduction, main outlines the research
background of this thesis, the theoretical and practical significance, the structure of the paper
