Abstract
A study on supply chain finance business of PSY commercial bank
In recent years, supply chain finance has become more and more popular to the
commercial bank. And to the bank, it has become one of the most important new
profit point. First, the article explains the background and the research meaning of
supply chain finance. It also studied the development present situation of supply chain
finance at home and abroad. Then it analyzed the related theoretical basis. On this
basis, the article mainly introduced the three main financing model of supply chain
finance, including business process and applicable objects of various models. It has
targeted solved the different nodes of the small and medium-sized enterprise’s
financing difficult situation. In addition, the article also analyzed several commercial
banks’ development present situation of supply chain finance, which carried out the
business earlier. And mainly made a SWOT analysis on P bank’s business
development in order to help the bank making the most suitable decision for supply
chain finance in present stage. AS the widely development of supply chain finance, P
bank’s traditional evaluation of credit risk couldn&39;t keep up with the steps of supply
chain finance development. On the basis of consulting a large number of data, the
article built the credit risk evaluation system of supply chain finance. Furthermore, it
used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the new index and
received the total order of the level, aimed to help P bank to make scientific decision
when carry out credit risk evaluation of supply chain finance. Finally, the article
studied the development trend of supply chain finance and put forward the reasonable
suggestions of it.

1.1.1 产业供应链的兴起
社会化大生产的加速发展改变了社会的生产方式,过去集中式的生产方式
逐渐改变,产品分工逐渐被抛弃,并过渡为更受到企业欢迎的产品内分工,使
得跨区域生产链条产生。全球一体化显著地改变了企业性质,最近几十年企业
逐渐从全性能发展走向专职特定的生产智能,即从内部产—供—销一体化模式,
分化为进行原料供应的供应商,专职生产的制造商,销售环节的分销商,第三
方物流企业在最近几年也得到了长足发展,这些企业互相联系,供应链的定义
由此而来。以上所有变化可归纳为全球经济竞争模式的改变,由企业竞争到供
应链竞争的过渡,而竞争的关键也由企业管理过渡为供应链管理,即实现供应
链各节点利益的一致性,使供应链系统不失适应性和反应力不失敏捷性的状态
下达到成本最小化、效益最优化和服务水平最高,创造可持续的竞争优势变得
尤为重要[1]。
供应链管理的概念源于 20 世纪末学者和企业家们对 20 世纪 80 年代出现
的全球性业务外包行为成本问题的解决,当时这一行为的出现是世界巨头企业
迫于成本最小化要求而采取的,但事实上在此过程中供应链融资成本问题变得
更为严重,“木桶短板”效应由于供应链节点资金瓶颈超过了“成本洼地”[2]带
来的效益。人们在解决这一问题的过程中追求供应链整个系统的最优,又不能
放弃一定的客户水平以防产生新的问题,如何从物流和信息流层面扩展为各节
点企业的物流、资金流和信息流更好地整合和衔接成,为供应链管理的必要要
求,也带动了财务供应链管理的价值发现。
