摘要
立足于W公司化妆品项目开发的现实情况,本文主要从化妆品研发的时间管理、
质量管理、风险管理、人力资源管理四个方面,总结、探讨了在化妆品产品研发项目
管理过程中普遍存在的、具有共性的一些问题,并给出了相应的改进方法和解决措施,
为完善、建立有效的化妆品产品研发项目管理体系提供了相关理论依据。研究结果对
化妆品企业从事新产品研发项目管理具有指导和借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
According to the real development situation of W company's cosmetic project, this
article summarizes and discusses some common problems occurring in the project
management process of cosmetic development mainly from four aspects: time management,
quality management,risk management and human resource management. What's more,this
article gives corresponding measures and improved methods, which provides relevant
theoretical basis for the improvement and development of an effective management system
of cosmetic development project. The study results will give guidance and reference to those
cosmetic enterprises engaged in project management of new product development.
