本论文基于EVA价值绩效考核理论,根据中国神华煤炭集团的实际情况,
通过会计事项调整,计算出中国神华煤炭集团2006-2010年的经济增加值,分
析了中国神华煤炭集团经济增加值(EVA)的优势和劣势,对比了中国神华煤炭
集团传统绩效考核与EVA考核结果的差异,以揭示EVA运用于中国神华煤炭集
团进行绩效考核的优越性;通过与同业的中国石化EVA值的比较分析,剖析了
不同公司EVA变化的影响因素。在与传统绩效考核和同业绩效考核对比分析的
基础上,总结了中国神华煤炭集团当前EVA考核面临的问题,提出了诸如转变
增长方式、加强成本管理与控制、加强资本开支管控、加强企业运营资本管理
等提高EVA绩效的策略建议。

Abstract
Economic Value Added (EVA)as a new target to measure the company's
performance can reflects the values that created by company within a certain period
and overcome the shortcomings of traditional performance appraisal target that ignore
opportunity cost.
This article is based on the theory of EVA.First, this article combining the actual
situations of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, then adjusted Ac-counting to
calculate Shenhua Group Corporation Limited's EVA. Second, this article analyzed
the superiority and inferiority of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited's EVA, and
contrasted the differences of traditional performance appraisal target and EVA that
used in Shenhua Group Corporation Limited. According to the above analysis, the
article revealed the superiority of EVA that used in Shenhua Group Corporation
Limited, then contrasted the EVA between Shenhua Group Corporation Limited and
Sinopec Group and analyzed influence factor of EVA in different company. Base on
comparative analysis between traditional performance appraisal target and EVA,
summarized the problems in Shenhua Group Corporation Limited after they adopt
EVA,then the article give some suggestions on how to use EVA, such as change the
mode of growth, strengthening management and cost control, impose capital controls,
enhancement enterprise operation capital management.
