ABSTRACT
Attracting talents, keeping talents and inspiring are essential for the management of
human resources. The learning and research on theory of human resources management
helps us to think of the business model and business process diagnosis comprehensively,
helps the managers to master law of human resources management effectively and deal
with the various problems in the process of implementation of strategies. There are many
unfavorable factors hindered the development of management reform for natural
monopoly grid company, such as huge assets and complex historical characteristics, lack
of awareness of competition and professional management talents with rich related
experiences, obsolete mechanism state-owned enterprises left.
This paper based on lots of detailed, accurate and clear one-hand information,
assessed the current situation of business model and business process, put the question
and enacted program for it. This paper made an useful probe into ways of deepening
the reforms about management of human resources of the grid enterprises and made
some achievements.
