摘要
质量管理从发展至今已经形成了许多理论，尤其是那些具有实践意义以及个体灵
活性的理论大都得到了各国各企业的广泛利用。有部分企业也借鉴了一些质量管理理
论发展出了适合本企业自身的质量管理方法。基于这点，无论哪个行业或是企业都应
当发展出一套适应于自身发展的质量管理方法，将这些理论与实际结合，使得产品质
量获得更明显的竞争优势，才真正步入谈论并发展核心竞争力的领地。

与此同时值得一提的是，在当下，综合整条供应链的管理模式正成为现代企业乐
于采用的管理模式之一，而本文作为例子的上实振泰化工也正是在供应链的质量管理
方面有所缺失，因此本文不但从传统意义上的质量管理角度分析振泰现今质量管理存
在的问题，同时也试着朝结合供应链整体进行质量管理这一方向分析并提出改善建议，
将质量管理的这一过程扩大至整条供应链的范畴。

在研究过程中发现，上实振泰化工的质量管理系统存在(1)全员参与性有待加强
(2)质量管理范畴的深度广度有待强化(3)组织以及质量管理持续改进环节有待改善，
这三大类问题，而这几大类问题也是当今部分中型民企国企所存在的问题，如上说述，
本文将针对振泰公司在质量管理方面的问题所在做出分析以及改善建议，为该公司质
量管理体系的改善做好理论铺垫的同时可触类旁通于我国一些同类企业，使之更有效
地立足于市场，且在激烈的市场竞争中取得一定竞争优势。

Abstract
A number of theories have been found related with the system of quality management,
and most of them have been extensively used by various of companies home and abroad.
Some companies have also developed their own quality management system. As a matter
of fact, companies should develop a quality management system based on the
characteristics of their won company. Only by combining the theory and practice can a
company get a clear competitive advantage. At the same time, what is worth to be
mentioned in the moment is that the whole supply chain management model is becoming
one that modern enterprise sare eager to adapt. Therefore, the total quality management in
the traditional sense can also try to move towards the combination of the overall supply
chain quality management, and then expand this process of quality management to the
scope of the whole supply chain.
For of Shanghai Zhentai Chemical its quality management system have three main defects:
(1) The participation towards quality management are to be strengthened; (2) The depth
and breadth of quality management are to be improved; (3) The organizational structure
needs to be improved. This thesis will analyze the problems and provide some suggestions
to solve the problems.
