越来越多的企业已经意识到了现场管理的重要性,但是,绝大多数企业在
实施现场管理的过程中,往往从单一要素管理的角度入手,现场很难得到全面、
系统、可持续提高和改善。
“5S”管理起源于日本,是最基本、最有效的现场管理方法,是其他管理
活动有效展开的基础,大量应用研究表明它的成功实施能给企业各方面绩效带
来显著的改善。进入21世纪以来,5S管理与现代技术结合,还在不断衍生与
发展,中国企业在应用5S管理方面虽然积累了很多经验,应用领域也日益扩
大,取得了不错的效果,但是教训也很多,对5S管理的精髓把握不足,多数
企业的实施到最后都陷入不了 了之的境地。
本文采用实证研究的方法,结合企业实践,打破传统5S管理入口,按照
国际劳工组织SCORE项目提供的方法论,将工作场所合作机制贯穿全过程,实
施人本管理理念,就如何运用5S理论,提高企业现场管理水平,进行了探讨。
在现场管理以及5S管理理论阐述的基础上,对成都力多砂轮有限公司在工作
场所合作机制下实施5S管理进行研究,为工作场所合作机制下的5S管理探索
出实际可行的方法,对我国广大中小生产企业的现场管理提供帮助。

Abstract: The work site of a manufacturing enterprise is the concentrated area
for production as well as the management. Therefore, site management is important
fundamental management and is vital to the improvement of the production
environment and production efficiency as well as cost reduction.
More and more enterprises have realized the importance of on-site
management. However, the vast majority of them often start from the perspective
of managing a single element, resulting in the difficulty of improving the site
comprehensively, systematically and sustainably.
The 5S management is an on-site management method originated in Japan. It is
the most basic,most effective site management method,and serves as one of the
cornerstones of other management activities. Extensive applied research has proven
that its successful implementation improves enterprises significantly in their
performance of all aspects. In the 21st century, 5S management continues its
development in combination of modern technology. Chinese enterprises have
accumulated a lot of experience in the application of 5S management, and the fields
