本论文以化工制造企业A公司为研究对象,从理论阐述、分析问题、优
化方案设计、以及方案实施四个层面对A公司销售物流的优化进行研究和探
索。
本论文首先介绍了销售物流优化的基础理论,然后具体介绍了 A公司和
其销售物流的运作模式,通过全面、细致的分析A公司现有销售物流系统存
在的根本性问题,结合公司目前的资源和约束条件,深入研究了销售物流优
化方案,重点从组织结构、流程、运输管理、信息管理系统四个方面对A公
司销售物流系统展开优化,以此为基础,对销售物流优化进行实施,以提高
A公司销售物流运作效率,节约物流成本,使企业在行业中占据主导地位。

ABSTRACT
Sales logistics have huge effect on the profit of enterprise.lt enable the enterprise
the realise the product value and value in use,to improve the enterprise's images,to
save the logistics cost and to gain third profit.Therefore,sales logistics is keypoint of
enterprise logistics research and improvement.For enterprise,reforming and
innovation the logistics system does not only effectively smooth the each logistics
link and raise the operation efficiency,but also highly enhance the enterprise
competition.
This thesis takes A company as research object,researchs and explores the sales
logistics optimization of A company from four aspects which include theory
introduction、problem analysis、optimization sheme design and plan implement.
Firstly,this paper described the basic theory of sales logistics optimization,and
then made the concrete introduction to A company and sales logistics operation
model,through comprehensively and carefully analyzing the original matters of A
company sales logistics,combining company's resource and constrained
conditions,this paper profoundly researched the optimization scheme for A company
sales logistics focusing on the four aspects which include organization structure、
process、transportation management、information management system.Based on this
point,A company implemented sales logistics optimization plan to improve
company's operation efficiency of logistics systems,to save the cost of logistics and to
put the company on the leading position.
