本文对思格集团电子装备企业内部销售物流管理中遇到的问题进行深入
分析,评估不完善的物流管理给企业运行造成的不良影响,着力解决阻滞企
业未来发展的一系列问题。尽管企业在整个的物流销售过程中使用了第三方
物流企业,在一定程度上解决物流运输方面的问题,但是这样还是让经营者
感觉到结算手续异常复杂。因此,本文通过理论分析和案例分析研究的研究
方法,对思格集团整个销售物流的现状提出了优化意见,目的是发展和壮大
产品输出这条企业的生命线。通过调查研究表明,企业目前最需要的就是在
