摘要
随着外部环境不断变化，电力体制改革不断推进，行业监管标准不断提高，管
理方法、技术不断创新，发电企业管理面临着新的挑战，如何采用创造性的方法提
高企业对诸多变化的反应能力成为发电企业的首要问题。本文通过研究运营管理理
论在发电企业中的应用，分析运营管理构架和运营模式的组成，探讨在发电企业价
值链中，运营管理适应外部变化的途径和方法。通过案例分析，把运营管理与发电
企业已有的管理方法、工具相结合，提出解决问题的思路和一些具体的措施。
