摘要本文从培训管理系统理论的角度分析了在一个大型供电企业中员工工作与学习过程当中存在的一系列较为普遍的问题。将其视为该企业培训中存在的问题,建立了组织学习与员工日常工作实践管理之间联系,凸现了改进培训体系对于提高员工素质、提高企业业绩和市场竞争能力方面的重要性,并且运用现代培训管理理论对培训管理过程的诸环节进行了分析研究,是企业在改进培训体系的理论基础和实践的指导。在总结经验的基础上,本文给出了在该公司设计、实施新培训模式中所得到的启示。此外,本文还指出了,企业建立有效培训体系的关键不仅需要相应的理论支持,而且培训还要与用人、薪酬等紧密结合

关键词:培训,培训体系,研究ABSTRACTThe thesis analyse a series of problems that is common in the course of working andstudying among employees of a large-scale power supply company from the theory oftraining and administrative system.We regard them as the problem that is existent in thetraining system of the enterprise.We establish the relationship between organizing studyand staff's routine practice managing.We can find it is very improtant to ameliorate thetraining and managing system to improve staff's quality,enterprise's achievement andmarket competitive power.We analyse and research each link of training managementusing the modern training and management theory,it is the theoretical foundation toimprove training and management theory and practice guiding for enterprise.Mainconclusion:the key point that the state-owned enterprise establishes the training systemeffectively is,first reforming the system need to offer theory support,next trainingshould close combination of using people and salary.Wenli Zhao(Master of Business Administration)Directed by prof.Jingsheng GuoKEY WORDS:Training,Training System,Research
