为何要进行评估
Reason for measurement
工厂绩效衡量工厂在生产计划基础上的绩效。该指标的改进将会影响到客户成品满足率
准时交货率。
Factory Performance measures how good the factory performs based on its production
plan. The improvement of this measurement will impact the fill rate and on time delivery
of products to the customers.
与结果指标的联系Linkage to results
工厂绩效直接影响到生产成本、生产周期、客户成品满足率及准时交货率。
Factory Performance versus Schedule will impact Manufacturing Cost. Manufacturing Cycle Time, On time Delivery & Fill Rate to the customers

Measurement definitions
工厂绩效是指准时完成的生产批次与总生产批次的比率
(说明:准时完成的产品数量与计划完成的产品数量,误差在±5%为合格)
Factory Performance versus Schedule is the percentage of manufacturing batches runs on time VS. Total manufacturing batches.(note: The deviation allows ±5%)

工厂绩效Factory Performance =×100%
总批次 Total manufacturing batches
合格批次:按生产计划准时完成每一批产品的数量,上下可误差±5%,为1次合格批,否则为不合格批次。
Qualified batches: Complete the quantity of each batch on time according to the production plan, deviation allows±5%, 1 is define as qualified batch. 0(Zero) is defined as unqualified batch.
总批次:合格批次及不合格批次次数的总和。
Total batches: Summation of qualified batches and unqualified batches
收集的频率
Frequency of data collection
每月第5个工作日将收集的数据汇总并将结果报给CFT的衡量专员;月成果将在下月第一个CFT会议上回顾
Consolidate data and report the result to the Measurement Specialist at the fifth working day monthly. Review month results at the first CFT meeting monthly.

Cockpit chart consolidation process
每月CFT会议回顾每月收集的详细资料。CFT衡量专员将准备好的资料表和考评图,在下月第一个CFT会议回顾最新的绩效考评图;绩效指标负责人要保证及时将资料送至衡量专员
Detailed data reviewed monthly in the CFT and review the updated Cockpit Charts at the first CFT meeting monthly. CFT Measurement Specialist will prepare the weekly data charts and the Cockpit Chart Panel owners will insure data is input to the Measurement Specialist on time
