分类号 密级 ： ： 学校代码 学号 ： ： 10426 F021070011 专业硕士学位论文 PROFESSIONAL MASTER DEGREE THESIS 中建集团财务绩效评价研究 作 者 ： ： ： ： ： 郭雨晨 杨友才 指导教师 学科专业 专业代码 研究方向 工商管理 125100 金融与财务管理 2023年 6月 6日 中建集团财务绩效评价研究 摘要 近年来，建筑行业一直是我国的支柱性产业之一，建筑业对我国国民经济的 推动也起到不小的作用。随着建筑行业产业结构升级、环保力度加强、交通管制 等各种管控政策的实施，建筑行业的市场竞争也愈发激烈。同时，随着改革进程 的加快，也暴露出行业利润偏低、融资难、盈利状况不佳等问题。为持续推动行 业健康发展，对建筑行业财务绩效作出客观、正确地评价就显得尤为重要。 建筑上市企业是推动行业高质量发展的中坚力量，本文从中选择了比较有代 表性的上市公司中建集团作为研究对象 ,对其财务绩效进行评价研究并提出改进 建议。本文分为以下几个章节：第一章简要介绍本文研究背景及意义，梳理国内 外参考文献。第二章梳理理论基础及基本财务绩效评价方法。第三章对中建集团 的基本情况进行简单介绍并结合其自身特点选取 13个财务指标建立财务绩效评 价指标体系。第四章基于纵向与横向比较分析中建集团财务绩效。首先依据其 2012-2021年的财务数据，对其营运能力、盈利能力、偿债能力和发展能力四方 面进行纵向比较，再与 44家同行业上市公司运用因子分析法作横向比较，横向 纵向相结合综合评价其财务绩效。得出结论中建集团在行业整体排名是较为靠前 的，虽然各个因子间发展不均衡，但中建集团的综合实力一直在增强。第五章是 基于中建集团财务绩效综合评价结果，提出进一步提高其财务绩效的对策。第六 章是结论与展望。对本文所研究的内容进行总结，以及对文中不足之处提出进一 步展望。 关键词:建筑上市公司财务绩效中建集团因子分析案例研究 RESEARCH ON THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CSCEC ABSTRACT In recent years, the construction industry has been one of the pillar industries in China, and it has also played a significant role in promoting the national economy.
