1、Object:Use samples (particle defects) to carry MSA in order to analyze the variance of operators, and checked the collection data is objective.
2、Time:2007/08/31~2007/09/21
3、Member:IQC,FQC, FQC2, OQC, Sorting operators at customer side.
4、Place:IQC area, 2F cleaning room
5、 MSA focus:
(1). Candidate: Chose Inspectors
(2). Samples choosing: 20Pcs OK/NG BLU
(3). Education training: Based on the specification of customer.
(4). Test criteria: If it is not Kappa > 0.90 , %GRR<30%(Maximum) must be test
again after re-training .
