摘要
网络货运平台作为一种数字化、智能化运营平台,在打破信息壁垒、提高
资源配置效率、提升运输效能、发挥网络效应方面有较大优势,有利促进了道
路货运的规模化、集约化发展。可以说,网络货运平台是破除原有道路运输困
局,实现道路货运转型升级的一把利刃。与此同时,网络货运平台市场竞争逐
渐白热化,如何吸引和保留用户成为其不得不面对的严峻考验。而纵观现有文
献,从粘性视角深入探索网络货运平台的研究相对匮乏。为此,本文进行了网
络货运平台粘性影响机理的探索。
本文通过文献梳理,选用了 SOR模型、TAM模型和ECM-ISC模型的理论
框架,针对网络货运平台粘性影响机理探索的研究目标,借鉴化用了此三种模
型的变量及其相互关系,将网络货运平台粘性影响动态过程分为外部刺激、意
愿形成、粘性反应三个阶段。在研究设计中,正式问卷经过小规模访谈、专家
评审、预调研检测等程序检验。通过开展线上线下联合调查,本研究最终得到
266份有效样本用于实证检验。考虑到结构方程模型中的 PLS-SEM具有适用于
理论探索性分析、可用于小样本、对数据呈多元正态分布不作要求等优点,本
文选用 PLS-SEM方法用于数据测算,并主要通过软件 SmartPLS 3.3.3加以实现,
得出了实证检验结果。
从研究结论来看,除假设 H1b、H8、H9不成立外,其余假设关系均得以证
实。其中,在外部刺激阶段,就对感知有用性的影响而言,平台服务能力和安
全与风险管理能力对感知有用性的影响效应较大,而平台基本信息和平台管理
能力相对较小。就对感知易用性的影响而言,三条显著影响路径中,平台服务
能力影响效应最高,平台管理能力次之,影响效应最低为安全与风险管理能力。
在意愿形成阶段,在对持续使用意愿的影响中,感知有用性与感知易用性均为
显著,且感知易用性影响效应更高。在粘性反应阶段,只有持续使用意愿对网
络货运平台粘性有着显著影响。值得注意的是,持续使用意愿在感知有用性对
网络货运平台粘性的影响中发挥着部分中介效应;在感知易用性对网络货运平
台粘性的影响中发挥着完全中介效应。

本文对网络货运平台粘性影响机理的探索性研究,弥补了现有理论的不足,
为网络货运平台粘性提升,进一步吸引和保留用户,不断发展壮大指明了优化
方向,具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract
As a digital and intelligent operation platform, networkfreight transport
platform has great advantages in making information barriers broken,the efficiency
of resource allocation improved,the transport efficiency improved and leveraging
network effects, which facilitates the large-scale and intensive development of road
freight. Perhaps,we can say the network freight transport platform is a sharp sword to
break the original road transport dilemma and realize the upgrading of road freight.
Simultaneously, the market competition of network freight transport platform is
becoming increasingly fierce. How to attract and retain users has become a severe test
that it has to face. However, from the perspective of stickiness, there are relatively
few researches on the in-depth exploration of network freight transport platform.
Therefore, this paper explores the influence mechanism of network freight transport
platform’s stickiness.
Through literature review, this paper chooses the theory frame of SOR , TAM
and ECM - ISC. Considering the targets of exploring the stickiness influence
mechanism of network freight transport platform, this paper learns from these three
models’ variables and its correlation, dividing the dynamic stickiness influence
process into three stages, which are external stimulus, intention formation and
stickiness response. In the process of research design, this paper developed the final
questionnairebythe procedureofsmall-scaleinterview,expertevaluation,
pre-investigation and testing and so on. Through online and offline joint surveys, this
research finally obtained 266 valid samples for empirical testing. Considering the
