摘要
PM集团公司是一家特大型国有能源企业,煤矿、化工等生产成绩卓越,发
展前景良好。但调查显示,公司当前的员工培训体系存在瑕疵,导致近两年员工
离职率升高,尤其生产人员安全事故频发,影响公司人员管理及安全生产管理质
量。
本研究采用问卷调查、实地访谈等研究方法,对 PM集团公司的员工培训体
系现状做调查分析,并重点针对生产人员对培训需求的调查结果,设计出适用于
PM集团公司的员工培训体系。
在分析探讨中,本研究发现, PM集团公司当前将员工培训体系分为培训过
程体系、培训资源体系和培训支持体系三部分,其中包括培训过程体系包括培训
需求、培训计划、培训组织实施、培训效果评估等内容;培训资源体系包括培训
课程、师资配置等内容;培训支持体系包括培训组织机构、培训制度等内容;公
司以上三部分体系构建工作并不完善,员工培训过程体系、培训资源体系、培训
支持体系均存在一定问题,成因在于培训定位与现实脱节、培训计划安排不够科
学、培训制度不够完善;结合公司生产人员当前的实际工作要求,本研究从培训
过程体系、培训资源体系和培训支持体系三个维度,做了员工培训体系的重新设
计和优化,并提出一系列保障措施切实保障 PM集团公司生产人员培训体系的落
地执行,提升培训效果。
