摘 要
纺织制造业在发展过程中面临着产能过剩、利润下滑等不利局面,以创新驱
动纺织企业转型升级的任务已迫在眉睫。HY纺织企业在 60余年的发展历程中,
先后经历了起步期、逐步发展和茁壮成长期、瓶颈制约期、转型升级期,由最初
的纺织厂发展为目前拥有较强实力的纺织企业。
研究重点探讨了 HY纺织企业转型升级制约性因素及其转型升级过程中面
临的主要困境。经调研得知,从市场因素来看,除了纺织企业的竞争水平与行业
的发展水平对 HY纺织企业转型升级有着较为重要的影响外,客源市场新需求也
是 HY纺织企业转型升级的重要影响因素。从政策层面来看,政府部门的政策支
持以及产学研服务对 HY纺织企业转型升级的影响作用更为明显。从该企业因素
来看,纺织产品研发与推广、技术创新以及品牌建设均对 HY纺织企业转型升级
具有重要影响。结合实地考察以及对 HY纺织企业部分管理人员的访谈资料得知,
HY纺织企业的产品结构体系不合理,处于 U型产业链底部,行业间无序竞争日
趋严重,企业自主创新能力偏弱,导致 HY纺织企业转型升级面临着困境。为此,
本文在归纳国内外纺织企业转型升级的经验之后,分析意大利、日本、浙江以及
江苏纺织企业在转型升级中的优秀做法,总结其对于 HY纺织企业转型升级的可
借鉴之处。最后,根据 HY纺织企业发展实际,提出了 HY纺织企业转型升级的
策略建议。具体而言,可从产品研发、品牌建设、推动产业集聚、技术研发以及
搭建数字化服务平台等方面着手。同时,从组织、人才政策、企业文化四个维度
提出 HY纺织企业转型升级的实施保障。

The textile manufacturing industry is facing unfavorable situations such as
overcapacity and declining profits in the process of development. The task of driving
the transformation and upgrading of textile enterprises with innovation is imminent.
In the course of more than 60 years of development, HY Textile Enterprise has
experienced the initial period, the gradual development and growth period, the
bottleneck restriction period, and the transformation and upgrading period. It has
developed from the original textile factory to a textile enterprise with strong strength.
The research focuses on the restrictive factorsof the transformation and
upgrading of HY textile enterprises and the main difficulties they face in the process
of transformation and upgrading. According to the survey, from the perspective of
market factors, in addition to the competition level of textile enterprises and the
development level of the industry, which have a more important impact on the
transformation and upgrading of HY textile enterprises, the new demand of the source
market is also an important factor affecting the transformation and upgrading of HY
textile enterprises. . From a policy perspective, policy support from government
departments and industry-university-research services have a more obvious impact on
the transformation and upgrading of HY textile enterprises. From the perspective of
this enterprise factor, the R&D and promotion of textile products, technological
innovation and brand building have an important impact on the transformation and
upgrading of HYtextile enterprises. Combining on-the-spotinvestigations and
interviews with some managers of HY textile enterprises, it is known that the product
structure system of HY textile enterprises is unreasonable, and they are at the bottom
of the U-shaped industrial chain. The transformation and upgrading of HY textile
enterprises are facing difficulties. Therefore, after summarizing the experience of
domestic and foreign textile enterprises' transformation and upgrading, this paper
analyzes the excellent practices of Italian, Japanese, Zhejiang and Jiangsu textile
enterprises in the transformation and upgrading, and summarizes their lessons for the
transformation and upgrading of HY textile enterprises. Finally, according to the
actual development of HY textile enterprises,the strategic suggestions for the
transformation and upgrading of HY textile enterprises are put forward. Specifically,
it can start from product research and development, brand building, promoting

industrial agglomeration, technology research and development, and building a digital
serviceplatform. Atthesametime,the implementationguaranteeforthe
transformation and upgrading of HY textile enterprises is proposed from the four
dimensions of organization, talent policy and corporate culture.
