徽商银行BB分行网点转型研究
摘要
银行网点是商业银行与客户直接接触的第一线,银行网点也是银行服务客
户、挖掘客户、营销客户的主阵地。分布广泛的银行网点为客户提供基础性的金
融服务,银行网点作为银行接触客户最广泛的地方,能够充分地了解、发掘、营
销客户。但近年来互联网金融的发展和移动支付工具的不断丰富,在不断改变着
客户的金融消费方式,逐渐吞噬着传统银行网点的市场份额。银行网点面临的是
网点客流量不断缩减,网点考核业绩下降,网点客户营销难度增大的现状,传统
的硬件设施和服务方式已不能够迎合客户的偏好,也难以满足客户日益多样化的
金融需求。在此背景下银行作为在经济发展中占据重要地位的金融服务主体,为
了更好地应对日趋激烈的同业竞争和网络金融的挑战,同时也为了满足自身可持
续性发展的需要,银行纷纷进行网点转型,以应对这种变化。本文在这样的研究
背景下,对徽商银行BB分行网点转型进行探索研究。
本文以徽商银行BB分行网点为研究的对象,运用文献研究法、案例分析法
并结合银行网点转型的相关理论,研究徽商银行BB分行的网点转型。本文首先
介绍了选题的研究背景和意义、国内外研究综述、研究内容与方法;然后介绍了
银行网点转型的概念界定和银行网点转型的相关理论,为全文提供理论研究基
础;接着在调研徽商银行BB分行网点的基础上,对网点的建设情况、网点的客
流情况、网点的业务情况做了简要的描述,并且通过相应的数据分析了网点在转
型过程中存在的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了剖析;再接着通过SWOT分析
方法,详细阐述了徽商银行BB分行作为地方本土银行所具有的优势,自身存在
的人员结构不合理等劣势,所面临的经济稳中向好的发展机遇,同时也面临着来
自同业的激烈竞争的挑战,并得出徽商银行BB分行应采用SO战略,借助金融科
技的力量,充分发挥自身优势,把握机遇,对分行下辖27个网点进行转型优化。
通过优化网点层级结构、优化网点布局结构、优化网点人才复用、优化网点特色
服务、优化网点智能化服务来最终实现徽商BB分行的整体优化。

徽商银行BB分行网点转型研究
ABSTRACT
The bank branch is the first line of direct contact between commercial banks and
customers, and the bank branch is also the main position of serving customers,
digging customers and marketing customers. The widely distributed bank branches
provide basic financial services for customers. As the most extensive place for banks
to contact customers, bank branches can fully understand, explore andmarket
customers. However, in recent years, the development of Internet finance and the
continuous enrichment of mobile payment tools are constantly changing the financial
consumption mode of customers, which is gradually swallowing up the market share
of traditional bank outlets. Bank branches are faced with the current situation of
decreasing customer flow, declining performance assessment and increasing difficulty
in marketing customers. Traditional hardware facilities and service methods can no
longer caterto customers' preferences, andit is difficultto meet customers'
increasingly diverse financial needs. In this context, banks, as the main body of
financial services, occupy an important position in the economic development. In
order to better cope with the increasingly fierce competition and the challenges of
network finance, but also to meet the needs of their own sustainable development,
banks have carried out network transformation to cope with this change. Under such a
research background, this paper explores the transformation of BB branches of
Huishang Bank.
This paper takes the BB branch of Huishang Bank as the research object, and
studies the BB branch of Huishang Bank's network transformation by using literature
research method, case analysis method and combining with the relevant theories of
bank network transformation. This paper first introduces the research background and
significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research review, research content and
methods; Then it introduces the concept definition of bank branch transformation and
the related theories of bank branch transformation, which provides the theoretical
research basis for the whole paper. Then on the basis of the investigation of BB
branch of Huishang Bank, the construction of the network, the customer flow of the
network, thebusiness ofthe networkis brieflydescribed, andthrough the
corresponding data analysis of the network in the transformation process of the
problems, and the causes of the problems are analyzed; Then through the SWOT
