随着中国经济发展逐渐进入新常态,中国经济领域也开辟了新模式。互联网金融持续快 速发展,金融脱媒现象加剧,银行业告别黄金发展时期,传统商业模式受到严重冲击。银行 是为现代经济服务的主要工作手段和重要的宏观调控工具,是货币流通的关键和宏观调控政 策实施的基矗一方面,通过增加储蓄向投资的转化率,提高生产要素的数量,另一方面, 通过促进资原的优化配置,提高生产要素的生产率和促进国民经济的增长,银行业已经成为 国民经济的重要组成部分。近年来,城市商业银行发展迅速,市场份额也有所提高,但仍存 在严重不足。因此,如何客观评价并有针对性的提高其综合竞争力,从而使其保持长足发展 态势,并在同业金融机构中占有一席之地,这是城市商业银行为了寻求新的发展和新的解决 方案必须研究的一个重要课题。 本文主要以徽商银行为研究对象,首先简要介绍了本文的研究背景、意义、国内外研究 现状、研究内容和方法,其次总结了本文的相关概念和理论基础,然后分析徽商银行的发展 现状,了解其发展情况和行业环境,运用PEST-SWOT分析法分析徽商银行目前的优势、劣 势、机会和问题。最后使用因子分析方法对徽商银行的竞争力进行实证分析,综合考虑定性 和定量测量的选择指标,从而创建一个系统的竞争力评价指标,运用2018年公布的财务数据, 以包括徽商银行在内的27家商业银行作为研究对象,提取因子并对其进行计算,最后得出徽 商银行竞争力评价的结果,徽商银行在各项指标上表现比较出色,但是要想继续在发展和竞 争中获得主动和优势地位,需要深入市场挖掘,实现跨区发展、创新经营理念,推动业务转 型、加强内部控制、完善运行管理、深化风险意识,加大风险防控、强化渠道优势,促进可 持续发展以及完善人员管理,提高服务质量,只有这样才不至于被竞争所淘汰,才能在激烈 的竞争中站稳脚根。 关键词:商业银行;徽商银行;竞争力;因子分析 III Abstract As China's economic development has gradually entered a new normal, a new model has been opened up in China's economic field. Therefore, how to objectively evaluate and improve its comprehensive competitiveness in a targeted way, so as to maintain its long-term development trend and take a place in the financial institutions of the same trade, is an important topic that city commercial Banks must study in order to seek new development and new solutions. This paper mainly takes Huishang bank as the research object. Firstly, it briefly introduces the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, research contents and methods of this paper. Secondly, it summarizes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this paper. Analyze the development status of the company, understand the development situation and industry environment of huishang bank, and use SWOT analysis to analyze the current advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and problems of huishang bank.
