G证券公司财务集中管理方案的设计研究
中文摘要
目前，我国经济模式正在经历旧动能向新动能的转型时期，随着信息新技术
的发展、业务新形式的快速增长，这对资本市场提出了更高的标准和要求，特别
是对作为资本市场主体之一的证券行业提出了创新发展的新要求和新挑战。中国
的证券行业经过 30年的发展，现阶段的证券公司在发展过程中更加聚焦面对新
技术、新形式的发展，来全面提高公司服务实体经济的能力。同时随着数字化和
互联网的不断发展，证券公司也不断地探索通过对公司的业务模式的调整来进行
内部管理的资源整合和制度创新，来提高公司在行业的核心竞争力。而在证券公
司长期的内部管控模式探索实践中，财务管理模式的变革是最为核心的内容之一，
财务管理模式必须要根据资本市场发展诉求、证券公司的发展阶段和面临的竞争
环境进行改革，这对证券公司改善经营管理状况、增加经济效益、提高公司价值
有着举足轻重的作用。
本文以 G证券股份有限公司（简称 G证券公司）为研究对象，对其财务管
理模式进行适应性和改革必要性的研究。首先对参考文献资料的收集和整理，介
绍财务管理模式的相关理论，通过分析当前国内外的研究应用，作为本文的理论
基础。在理论基础上结合自身工作经验，分析了 G证券公司的经营状况、财务
管理现状以及公司在财务管控中存在的问题及原因。为了解决 G证券公司在目
前财务管理出现的现实问题，本文通过组织构架、人员管理、业务流程、信息系
统等方面设计研究了针对性的财务集中管理方案，并根据设计研究方案提出了实
现财务集中管理模式保障措施。
通过本文的研究，可以为 G证券公司的财务集中管理提供指导和参考建议，
实现公司核心竞争力的进一步提高。同时，通过对 G证券公司的研究和分析，
对我国资本市场中具有举足轻重的证券行业公司的财务管控提供了典型案例和
正确的参考价值，稳步推进资本市场改革深化，助力证券行业高质量高要求的创
新发展。

Abstract
At present, China's economic model is undergoing a period of transformation
from the old to the new. With the development of new information technology and the
rapid growth of new forms of business, higher standards and requirements have been
put forward for the capital market. In particular, as one of the main bodies of the
capitalmarket, thesecuritiesindustryhas putforwardnewrequirements for
innovation and development. After 30 years of development in China's securities
industry,securitiescompanies atthisstagearemore focusedonfacingthe
development of new technologies and new forms in the development process to
comprehensively improve their ability to serve the real economy. At the same time,
withthe continuousdevelopmentofdigitalization andtheInternet,securities
companiesarealso constantlyexploringtheresourceintegrationandsystem
innovation of internal management through the adjustment of the company's business
model toimprove thecompany's corecompetitiveness inthe industry.In the
long-termexploration andpracticeof theinternalcontrolmode ofsecurities
companies, the reform of financial management mode is one of the most core contents.
The financial management mode must be reformed according to the development
demands of the capital market, the development stage of securities companies and the
competitive environment they face, which plays a decisive role in improving the
operation and management of securities companies, increasing economic benefits and
improving the company value.
This paper takes G Securities Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as G Securities
Company) as the research object to study the adaptability and reform necessity of its
financial management model. First of all, collect and sort out the reference materials,
introduce the relevant theories offinancial management model, and analyze the
current domestic and foreign research and application, as the theoretical basis of this
paper. On the basis of theory and combined with my own work experience, this paper
analyzes the operation status, financial management status, problems and reasons in

financial management and control of G Securities Company. In order to solve the
practical problems in the current financial management of G Securities Company, this
paper designs and studies the targetedcentralized financial management scheme
throughorganizationalstructure,personnelmanagement,business process,
information system and other aspects, and puts forward the guarantee measures to
realize the centralizedfinancial management mode according tothe design and
research scheme.
Through this study, we can provide guidance and reference suggestions for the
centralized financial management of G Securities Company, and further improve the
core competitiveness of the company. At the same time, through the research and
analysis of G Securities, it provides typical cases and correct reference value for the
financial management and control of companies in the securities industry that play an
important role in China's capital market, steadily promotes the deepening of capital
market reform, and assists the innovation and development of the securities industry
with high quality and high requirements.
