I Abstract
Abstract
With the continuous growth of China;s personal wealth, wealth management has
achieved certain development. However, compared with some developed capitalist
markets abroad, the content and form of wealth management in China are not very
mature and need to be further improved, so as to promote the diversified development
and progress of its form and content. With a series of capital market reform of China
Securities Regulatory Commission, the fund investment advisor has officially opened,
which provides strong policy support for the optimization of wealth management
business of securities business department. It is a major breakthrough in the
optimization of China;s wealth management industry, and the whole industry will usher
in development opportunities. The development of the Internet provides important
technical support for the formulation of diversified development strategies of wealth
management business organizations.
Based on the analysis of the development status of Z securities Wenzhou branch,
combined with the Boston matrix analysis of Z securities Wenzhou branch, this paper
finds that the wealth management business is faced with various problems, such as
unreasonable customer structure, inaccurate positioning of wealth management
department, insufficient professional ability of employees, and inappropriate assessment
to meet the needs of business development. The root of these problems is that there is
no clear wealth management optimization strategy suitable for the development of the
company. Through the comparative analysis of wealth management strategies of
financial institutions at home and abroad, this paper initially puts forward the core
concept of customer-centered, building the whole process management system of
products, and carrying out the configuration development. It also puts forward the
optimization countermeasures and suggestions for the Wenzhou branch of Z securities,
and puts forward the specific safeguard measures of strengthening personnel training,
innovating the assessment mechanism based on CSI 300 index, and making full use of
digitization, etc New impetus has been injected into the development of Z securities
Wenzhou branch, which helps Z securities Wenzhou branch to develop further.
