摘 要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展，自然资源消耗日益增加，自然环境破坏日益严重，
生态环境问题更加突出。为了更好实现经济的可持续发展，十八届五中全会首次提出了
绿色发展的理念，十九大报告更有三个部分论述了绿色发展的相关内容，彰显了党中央
加快推进绿色发展的决心，也说明了绿色发展将成为我国经济社会的未来方向。绿色金
融作为生态环境和金融相连的重要纽带和桥梁，以及推动生态文明建设不可或缺的工具
和有效手段，在助力绿色经济发展中将发挥重要的支持作用。发展绿色金融不仅能发挥
其对绿色产业及绿色经济的支撑与导向功能，更能推动经济高质量可持续发展。信托业
作为我国金融体系的重要组成部分，为实体经济提供更多元化的资金支持。随着我国宏
观经济环境、主管部门监管政策的变化及金融行业的交叉竞争，信托业面临着巨大的挑
战，不得不主动破局开启转型之路。而绿色金融既符合国家政策导向，又具有广阔的市
场发展前景，将成为信托公司转型的核心方向之一。
本文以 Z 信托公司作为研究对象，对其绿色金融的发展进行了详细全面地分析。首
先，本文通过全面研读文献，深入了解国内外绿色金融的理论逻辑与发展历程，探究 Z
信托公司发展绿色金融业务的理论支撑及未来发展方向。其次，对Z 信托公司绿色金融
业务的现状进行了重点分析，并通过问卷调查、因子分析及对比分析的方法找出该公司
在发展绿色金融业务中存在的问题。再次，运用 SWOT-PEST 分析法，对Z 信托公司绿
色金融发展的内外部环境进行系统分析，提出了该公司绿色金融业务的发展策略，并结
合实际情况，有针对性的设计出适合Z 信托公司未来发展绿色金融的总体目标、发展思
路、发展原则及发展措施。最后，为保障Z 信托公司顺利开展绿色金融业务，本文从健
全组织架构、完善风险防控机制、优化绩效考核等方面提出了几点关键的保障措施建议。
本文通过理论与具体案例研究相结合的方式，探讨了Z 信托公司绿色金融的发展策
略。本文的研究有助于丰富关于绿色金融的学术成果，并对可能存在类似发展阶段的信
托公司在开展绿色金融业务时有所启发。

IAbstract
Abstract
With the rapid development of China;s economy and society, the consumption of natural
resources is increasing, the destruction of the natural environment is becoming increasingly
serious, and the ecological environment problems are becoming more prominent. In order to
better realize sustainable economic development, the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC
Central Committee put forward the concept of green development for the first time, and the
report of the 19th CPC National Congress has three parts to discuss the relevant content of
green development, which demonstrates the determination of the CPC Central Committee to
accelerate green development, and also indicates that green development will become the
future direction of China;s economy and society. As an important link and bridge linking
ecological environment and finance, as well as an indispensable tool and effective means to
promote ecological civilization construction, green finance will play an important supporting
role in promoting the development of green economy. Developing green finance can not only
play its supporting and guiding function to green industry and green economy, but also
promote high-quality and sustainable economic development. As an important part of China;s
financial system, trust industry provides more diversified financial support for the real
economy. With the changes of macroeconomic environment, regulatory policies of competent
authorities and cross-competition of financial industry, trust industry is facing great
challenges and has to take the initiative to break the situation and start the road of
transformation. Green finance not only conforms to the national policy orientation, but also
has broad market development prospects, and will become one of the core directions of trust
company transformation.
This thesis takes Z Trust Company as the research object and makes a detailed and
comprehensive analysis of its green finance development. First of all, through comprehensive
reading of literature, this thesis deeply understands the theoretical logic and development
process of green finance at home and abroad, and explores the theoretical support and future
development direction of Z Trust Company in developing green finance business. Secondly,
the thesis focuses on the current situation of Z Trust company;s green finance business, and
finds out the problems existing in the development of the company;s green finance business
through questionnaire survey, factor analysis and comparative analysis. Again, using the
SWOT, PEST analysis, the Z trust company internal and external environment for the
development of green finance system analysis, put forward the development strategy of the
green financial business, and combining the actual situation, targeted to design suitable for Z

trust company in the future development of the overall goals of green financial measures,
development idea, development principles and development; Finally, in order to ensure the
smooth development of green finance business of Z Trust Company, this thesis puts forward
several key suggestions on safeguard measures from the aspects of perfecting organizational
structure, perfecting risk prevention and control mechanism and optimizing performance
assessment.
This thesis discusses the development strategy of green finance of Z Trust Company by
combining theory with specific case study. The research of this thesis is helpful to enrich the
academic achievements on green finance and enlighten trust companies that may have similar
development stages in carrying out green finance business.
