随着经济发展的不断加速,人民生活水平的不断提高,对食品安全的重视程
度也越来越高,在此契机下,许多第三方检测中小类型企业迅速发展,而对于该
类企业来说,技术人员的水平直接决定着企业的发展水平,如何能吸引和留住优
秀技术人员成为该类企业管理发展的关键。因此,研究第三方检测中小型企业技
术人员流失问题,通过调查分析研究找出存在的问题,并针对问题提出可实时
操作的措施,对于稳定第三方中小型检测公司的人才队伍和实现企业可持续性
发展具有重要意义。
本文以安徽瑞谱检测技术有限公司为例进行研究,瑞谱检测是一家以食品和
中药材检测为主营业务的初创企业,在该公司业务及规模不断发展的过程中,也
出现了一些影响公司发展的重要问题,这些问题的出现严重阻碍了公司向前发
展的进度,在这些问题中最主要的是技术人员流失率过高,导致了该公司技术
水平不稳定,业务拓展受到了很大影响,除此之外因为人员的不稳定造成该司
产品(检测报告)质量的不稳定,随之而来的是诸多的客户投诉,影响了企业
在行业内信誉,同时对现有稳定员工的积极性造成了比较严重的打击,以上问
题的出现都严重影响了该企业的运营,该企业规模配置等在同类型中小企业中
比较普遍,面临的此类问题在同类企业也比较普遍,在此背景下本文对该公司
的人员流失原因进行剖析,并提出针对性的解决优化方案。
要想降低技术人员流失率、提高员工满意度、稳定企业人员队伍,结合改
进目标与原则,需要从招聘管理体系、薪酬福利体系、晋升渠道与职业发展、
教育培训、工作环境和企业文化这六个方面进行改进。一、根据公司需求动态
优化招聘管理体系。二、构建有吸引力和竞争力的薪酬福利体系,提高技术人
员薪酬标准,建立组合式薪酬福利体系。三、规划和完善以价值实现为导向的
技术人员晋升机制,完善企业内部技术人员晋升渠道,为技术人员指定清晰明
确的职业规划。四、优化和丰富现有培训流程与方式,针对培训重点提升培训
效果,构建具有长效性的分层培训机制。五、构建具有人文关怀的企业文化,
既要重塑具有人文关怀的企业文化理念,也要强化对技术人员的人文关怀。同
时期望本文的论述能为同类型技术企业发展过程中避免人员流失过快问题的出
现提供参考,为其他初创类中小科技型企业能稳步快速发展带来建议。
