摘 要
近年来我国建筑业的发展很快,为城镇化发展和经济发展贡献了较大力量。但建筑
业的发展质量和效益的水平仍然较低,主要问题有建筑业仍然处在粗放发展、生产效率
低、对环境的污染较高、建筑品质偏低。为了应对当前建筑业的问题,推动装配式建筑
发展成为一种趋势。虽然政府出台了不少政策,但是因为装配式工程项目偏少,装配式
工程的参建单位和人员的实践经验积累的较少,装配式工程质量管理水平普遍不高,因
此装配式工程质量问题时有发生。
本研究以H建筑施工企业为研究对象,通过深入企业对装配式工程的图纸设计、构
件生产、现场施工以及后期运维四个阶段进行调研,并对这四个阶段的质量管理现状和
问题进行分析,最后针对企业实际存在的问题给出具体的质量管理优化对策。旨在提升
H企业在装配式工程的质量管理水平,进一步提升其在装配式建筑领域的核心竞争力和
品牌效应。此外,也可为其它建筑企业提供参考。
通过论文研究,得到了以下主要研究结论:首先,通过用因果分析法分析归纳和问
卷调查,构建了包含图纸设计阶段、预制构件制作阶段、现场施工阶段以及后期运维阶
段共4个一级指标及24个二级指标的H企业装配式工程质量影响因素体系。其次,通
过层次分析法计算各个质量管理影响因素的权重,选出权重系数前 12 质量影响因素作
为重点因素并确定优化对策的方向。再次,在对 H 企业装配式工程质量管理优化对策
上,针对各阶段权重较大的质量影响因素确定有针对性的优化对策,包括组建专业设计
团队、提高深化设计水平、BIM技术解决图纸问题、提高模具质量、加强运输组织管理、
优化构件生产方案、优化项目质量管理体系、优化施工机械配置选型、加强培训和教育
力度、提高售后服务水平。最后,保证全面质量管理优化对策在H企业的落地,主要从
组织、技术、经济、信息管理等方面进行保障措施的论述。

Abstract
In recent years, China's construction industry has developed rapidly, contributing to the
development of urbanization and economic development. However, the level of development
quality and benefit of the construction industry is still low. The main problems are that the
construction industry is still in extensive development, low production efficiency, high
pollution to the environment, and low construction quality. In order to deal with the current
problems in the construction industry, it has become a trend to promote the development of
prefabricated buildings. Although the government has issued a lot of policies, assembly
engineering quality problems often occur because there are fewer assembly engineering
projects, less practical experience accumulated by the participating units and personnel of
assembly engineering, and generally low level of intelligent management of assembly
engineering.
This study H construction enterprises as the research object, through in-depth enterprise
of prefabricated construction drawing design, component production, site construction and
operations late four stages, and from the four stages of quality management present situation
and the problems were analyzed, and in view of the problems existing in the specific enterprise
quality management optimization countermeasures. It aims to improve the quality management
level of H enterprise in assembly engineering and further enhance its core competitiveness and
brand effect in the field of assembly building. In addition, it can also provide reference for other
construction enterprises.
Through research papers, the study of the following main conclusions: first, through the
analysis and expert interview, built drawing design stage, prefabricated production, site
construction and operational stage, a total of four level indicators and 24 secondary index H
enterprise fabricated factors affecting construction quality management system. Secondly, the
weight of each quality management influencing factor was calculated by analytic hierarchy
process, and the top 12 quality influencing factors were selected as the key factors and the
direction of the optimization strategy was determined. Thirdly, in terms of the optimization
countermeasures for quality management of assembly engineering of H enterprise, targeted
optimization countermeasures are determined for the quality influencing factors with large
weight at each stage. It includes setting up a professional design team, improving the level of
in-depth design, BIM technology to solve drawing problems, improving the quality of molds,
strengthening transportation organization and management, optimizing component production
plan, optimizing project quality management system, optimizing construction machinery
configuration and selection, strengthening training and education, and improving after-sales
service level. Finally, to ensure the landing of total quality management optimization
countermeasures in H enterprise, mainly from the organization, technology, economy,
information management and other aspects of the safeguard measures.
