在互联网发展黄金期,X科技公司成功的将互联网思维嫁接到实体制造,实
现互联网软件开发到实体手机制造销售,再到智能产品生态链的一体化。目前 X
科技公司发展进入新的阶段,核心经营产品所在的行业面临剧烈变革和激烈竞争,
这就要求该公司注重经营战略的调整,才能在激烈的市场竞争中更好地生存和发
展。
文章以 X科技公司为研究对象,以 PEST、波特五力模型对企业发展环境、竞
争环境进行分析,SWOT分析对企业挑战和问题进行总结。进而选择发展战略:
紧密相关多元化战略对现有的生态链进行战略收缩、产品开发战略对产品定位进
行升级、市场开发战略注重国内、国外市场协同发展。为确保发展战略的有效实
施,应当从人力资源、组织结构等方面给予保障。

Abstract
In the golden period of Internet development, X Technology Company has
successfully grafted the Internet thinking to physical manufacturing, realizing the
integration of Internet software development to physical mobile phone manufacturing
and sales, and then to the intelligent product ecological chain. At present, X Technology
Company has entered a new stage of development, and the industry where the core
operating products is facing drastic changes and fierce competition, which requires the
company to pay attention to the adjustment of business strategy, so as to better survive
and develop in the fierce market competition.
X Technology, analyzes the development environment and competition
environment of PEST, Potter five-force model, and SWOT summarizes the challenges
and problems.Then choose the development strategy: the closely related diversification
strategy strategically contracts the existing ecological chain, the product development
strategy upgrades the product positioning, and the market development strategy pays
attention to the coordinated development of domestic and foreign markets.In order to
ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, the guarantee should
be provided from the aspects of human resources and organizational structure.
