摘要
伴随着我国留学管理政策的放宽,特别是取消了留学中介资格认定,国内留学市场
的竞争日趋激烈。互联网的普及和社交媒体的发展打破了留学行业的信息垄断,改变了
一直以来留学申请者和留学服务机构之间信息不对称的地位。同时,留学客户越来越看
重服务质量,这对传统的留学服务模式发起了新的挑战。
ZT公司隶属于 ZT教育集团,其留学业务的市场竞争压力主要来自行业内几个大规
模的留学公司和一些新兴的、微小型留学服务机构。面临着激烈的留学市场竞争压力、
日益增长的服务需求和服务期望,ZT公司应结合自身的经营模式和服务优势,改进现
行的留学申请业务流程来提高客户满意度,从而提高其在留学市场的核心竞争力。
基于上述背景,本文遵循提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑结构,通过问卷调
查和访谈等方式,收集 ZT公司留学客户及 ZT公司业务员工对现行留学申请业务流程
的反馈及意见。并以此为基础,对 ZT公司现行留学申请业务流程中存在的问题进行分
析,提出 ZT公司留学申请业务流程优化的必要性。随后,依据业务流程优化理论,总
结出 ZT公司留学申请业务流程优化的目标、优化原则及优化战略,并对 ZT公司现行
的留学申请服务流程提出了相应的优化举措及实施步骤,旨在帮助 ZT公司从根本上提
高留学服务质量和效率,为客户提供高质量、高效率的留学服务。为了确保留学申请业
务流程优化方案的最优执行,根据优化后的业务流程对利益相关者所产生的影响,对相
应的实施保障措施作了进一步的探讨。通过优化 ZT公司留学申请业务流程,ZT公司的
留学服务现状得以改善,服务效率和客户满意度得以提升。与此同时,国内留学行业的
其他留学服务机构也可以通过本文来反思其留学服务流程,并从业务流程优化的角度来
考虑如何提高留学服务效率和客户满意度。因此,本文对留学服务机构的可持续发展有
很好的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
With the relaxation of the national overseas-studying management policy, especially the
abolishment of the accreditation of overseas-studying agents, the competition in the domestic
overseas-studying market is becoming increasingly fierce. Also, the popularity of the Internet
and the development of social media have broken the information monopoly in the
overseas-studying industry and changed the status of information asymmetry between
overseas-studying applicants and the agents. Besides, overseas-studying applicants are
increasingly focusing on the quality of service, which has launched a new challenge to the
traditional overseas-studying service model.
ZT Company belongs to ZT Education Group. The competitive market pressure on its
overseas-studying business comes mainly from a few large scale overseas-studying
companies in the industry and several emerging micro and small overseas-studying service
agents. Faced with the competitive pressure of the fierce overseas-studying market and the
increasing service demand and expectations, ZT Company should combine its business model
and service advantages to improve the existing application service process to improve
customer satisfaction and thus enhance its core competitiveness in the overseas-studying
market.
Based on the above background, in the logical order of raising problems, analyzing problems
and solving problems, this paper collects feedback and opinions from clients and staff of ZT
Company on the existing overseas-studying application process through questionnaires and
interviews. Based on collected information, it analyzes the main problems in the current
application process of ZT Company, then concluding the necessity of improving the
application process of ZT Company. According to the theory of business process
improvement, it sums up the goals, principles and strategies of ZT Company's application
process improvement and proposes corresponding improvement solutions and implementation
steps, aiming to help ZT Company fundamentally improve its quality and efficiency of
overseas-studying services and provide high-quality and efficient overseas-studying services
to its clients. To ensure the optimal implementation of the improved process for
overseas-studying application, the corresponding implementation safeguards are further
discussed in light of the impacts of the improved business process on stakeholders. By
